I can always find things very easily when Im shopping in the store and its easy for to go there by bus 6 out of 7 days a wk. I can always find someone to help me to find something that Im looking for. Thank you for the positive experience that your wonderful employees on the way the make me feel like Im a member of the Michaels craft store family.

Great customer service (the lady who does floral arrangements is extremely nice), awsome selection...however, the heat always seems to be set high. Its always too warm inside and makes you want to rush your shopping to get out into fresh air.

Who would think that a craft store could be such a go-to place for a lot more than just crafts. Household items, holidays, and so much more. The store is always clean and staff is so accommodating and helpful. So glad I live near one.
