The Framing Store needs better Customer Service! While the store selection isnt bad and I must say I basically still like AC Moore. This review concerns the framing department! The woman who, I believe is named Jan, was rude and unhelpful. It seemed everything was burden to her. While I took only minutes to decide from the large selection which matt and frame I wanted she seemed bothered. This happened on 2 occasions so, I cant say I caught her on a bad day. It continued when I saw a missed phone call from A.C Moore. I called back and suggested it was possible someone from framing called me. When I was transfered the woman on the phone was Jan again. I asked if someone had called me about my frame. To which she replied if someone called you then your frame is ready and hung up with a quick goodbye. I find her demeanor rude and thus give the frame store 2 of out 5 stars. Chill out Jan.

AC Moore is one of the few craft stores that carries a large selection of supplies. However, this store has the absolute worst customer service. I try to avoid going there even though its only a few minutes from my house. The staff is generally unhelpful, or just downright rude... Im sure their jobs would all be sooooo much better if it werent for those pesty customers! The frame area is especially difficult namely "JAN" I would recommend avoiding this particular store.

At 9:00 a.m. my daughter didnt have the orange shirt she needed for preschool. By 9:30 a.m. my daughter was at school, in a - custom decorated with a black fabric marker & stencil - cute orange shirt just her size; and it was ALL UNDER $7. A.C. Moore Downingtown employees: today you were my real MVPs. Thank you.

Ive gone into this store 3 times in the past year. Each time that I go I swear that Ill never go back. The customer service is the worst. Employees are rude and act put out to help in anyway. Ill cross the street and go to Jo Ann fabric next time
