Worst management on earth. "Lisa" is a see you next time. Anyone who feels its ok to snap at their customers does not need to be in retail. Of the 3 "managers" that I had the displeasure of meeting, I can honestly say that they were arrogant, obnoxious, rude, ill-mannered, short-tempered, childish and unprofessional. The higher-ups need to go in undercover to see it for themselves. They wouldnt believe what theyve settled for. Had to stop shopping here all together. University students might want to try The Art Store on erie boulevard. Maybe the Clay location hired a better class of people to be managers, but Ive been so turned off by experiences at Fayetteville that I never bothered to venture inside.

Had multiple problems with staff and my frame order was over a month late. They never called or apologized, just kept insisting it wasnt their fault. Managers were very defensive and would not return calls. I have heard this is typical and am very sorry i had my work done there. Frames came out ok, but not worth the frustration. Plus prices are superinflated so when it is on "sale" for 60% off, it is actually regular price. They wont give you a price until you pick out the frame, etc. AVOID This place!

Poor customer service. Staff isnt very enthused to help customers. Im a fashion student at Syracuse Univ. There arent many fabric/sewing supply options in the area, so students have almost no choice but to go here, unfortunately. Theres always dialogue going on amongst us about how no one likes to go here because much of the staff is rude. Not all, but enough to be noticed and bothered by.

I absolutely love this store and the management in it. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous people who have become friends. The store carries a huge assortment of all kinds of crafts, sewing and quilting supplies. Though I have never had anything framed, this department is huge as well. I cant say enough good about this store, the abundant selection and the staff. AAAA+++++

Its a standard JoAnns, but with a phenomenal framing department. Those artists know what they are doing. I take every custom project there because I can trust the advice to be outstanding. Otherwise, decently large selection of fabric and yarn for the size of the store. Its my go-to craft store in the Syracuse area.

Lots to find here but you always have to wait in line to check out. Use this time to look up the latest coupons on your phone if you forgot to bring one as there is always a 40% off coupon online.
