Service is terrible, went in to purchase a printer had some questions, approached sales guy who was playing on phone and told me he couldnt leave his area, he asked another sales guy to help, his response was he clocked out and was leaving. He radioed another guy who was just standing behind the counter and he asked what I needed. His response said nope I cant help him dont know anything about printers. Worst service ever dont waste your time or money here

Just left the Staples at 29. Went to print 5 pages and the old lady said I had to wait until Monday. She didnt even bother to find the smallest solution nor did the other people I asked for help. Theres a lot to be desired from staples customer service. If youre not going to service the customer properly, then you shouldnt be in this type of business. Not going there anymore.

In a time crunch with many copies to make, Staples got it done. 10 binders full of information, 2 USB drives loaded and good to go. Thanks to the guys in the copier section. They were a huge help. Thank you! We appreciate it!

They dont have a self print center and when I waited in line pins out color printing doesnt work; not good if youre in a rush
