Like most computer users, I have just enough info to be dangerous. But when my PC got the Blue Screen of Death, I froze. I had no idea how to fix it, and like many people, my PC is my work, is my PC. When I called, not only did I get a live person, but a friendly person, someone who felt my panic, and told me exactly what to do. When I arrived 20 minutes later, my computer was out of the bag, plugged in and being diagnosed before I could even finish explaining what had happened. And rather than sell me things I didnt need, I got advice to scrap the computer and upgrade. No money was to be made with that advice-and I was hooked. Martys infectious excitement about computers, how they work and what vexes them is awesome. I found myself wanting to know more than I already did. In the end, I scared up an old PC and brought it back in to have the old hard drive copied over, clean up and optimized. It was all done in record time, by local guys who know their stuff...isnt that what we all say we really want in good service? There is no way I would go anywhere else. And when I buy my next laptop, I wont take it out of the box until I bring it to these guys to tweak. QuickFix is the kind of place you hope exists. Theres loads of free parking, their fees are upfront and simple, and their disposition is straight-forward and congenial, without an air of making you feel like a loser for mistakes you might have made.

I had heard Quick Fix was great, but can now share my story after my Toshiba crashed on me unexpectedly. I walked-in (unannounced) and told Brad Robbins what was going on with it, and he walked me through what they were going to do (diagnostic test, etc.), the options I had to consider (service, protection, etc.), and promised I would have it back by December 1st. To my surprise, it was ready on November 24th! A full diagnostic was performed, and they suggested a new security software be put on it...which was FREE! Billy Great McKethan was the tech and called me after it was ready to give me the details in PLAIN ENGLISH, since Im not a techie at all! Great job, guys! I wont hesitate to refer family and friends your way!

I have used Quick Fix for several years. At first I was afraid of losing a personal presentation and Quick Fix came right out and made everything perfect. It seemed effortless. I have also been using their recommended back up service and now I never have to worry about losing any of my important documents and pictures. Today I went in and thought my computer was falling apart. Bryant took his time to look at it and all was necessary was the tightening of a few screws. Wow, I was relieved and they were quick to help me knowing that I just couldnt "live" without my computer. All around great service and highly recommended.

Steve to the rescue! Our office had a computer software upgrade on 12 computers that slowed the system down to a crawl. It was so slow that it would take sometimes a minute to go from one screen to the next. After alerting Steve to the crisis he remoted in that that night to make some changes to the server and then came in the next morning to work with the software company for several hours to get it all straightened out. He is always very professional and was able to make changes to every computer without us skipping a beat. Thanks as always for the great work guys and now full speed ahead again!

Last evening at 5:15pm, I had a fake tech support window pop up. I immediately called QuickFix (QF) and hit emergency number option. While I was on the phone with the fake techs, a QF tech called me back and told me to shut down my computer. Of course, I had not let the fakes onto my computer although they had asked for control. This morning QF accessed my computer to make sure all was well. QF backs up and scans my computer daily. I would not use any other company. Their customer service is excellent. Their techs are the best.

Quick Fix Charlottesville is the greatest !! I spent over 3 days wrangling with Adobe, Comcast & Microsoft to fix my problem to no avail--yes, over 3 days almost 5-6 hours per day.Bryant at Quick Fix solved the problem in less than 2 hours!! Not only that, Bryant went above & beyond the problem to make my computer faster. He gave 180% to the job. Never, never, never have I been more pleased with a service provider in my whole life & Im 54 years old! I recommend Quick Fix whole-heartedly. Thanks Bryant, youre an angel !

I brought my computer to Brad, I was missing all my MOS files.!! Big panic! My lifes work is in those files. Billy solved my problem within a day restored my files and cleaned up my compromised browser. He found that the Microsoft update downloads actually destroyed the program in the process. Where would we be without this amazing group of professionals. Microsoft needs some help from Quickfix! Fast, thorough, professional and reasonably priced. I am back to work in a day. They are the best, no question about it!

Super service. Not only were my desktop and laptop repaired, but they did a good job explaining the problem. On another occasion, to their credit, when Microsoft stopped supporting XP on my old laptop, they had the wisdom to tell me the machine just didnt have the horses to run the new operating systems, and recommended I not fool with a fix. Cost them a job, but saved me wasting time and money.

Weve used this company twice, and each time their expertise, communications skills, and friendliness exceeded our expectations. Though we lack their background, Bryant patiently and clearly explained what he was doing to fix the problems and, as a bonus, his response to our later follow-up questions was swift and helpful.
