Not sure why the Jul 4, 2011 feedback was only 1 star. I used to like the Salvation Army location by the airport better, but it closed. Although it was smaller than the Cherry Ave location, they always seemed to have sales going on, and I thought it had a better selection and overall prices. That said, the Cherry Ave location is OK. Used furniture is a bit overpriced I think, but cheaper than the SPCA, Goodwill not much of a selection usually. Clothes selection is about equivalent to SPCA and Goodwills in town. Belts for a buck. T-shirts $2, cheaper than SPCA except their 5 for $1 special. Some deals to be had in the kitchen, housewares, knick-knack section. SPCA has better selection in the non-clothes sections, but higher prices, Goodwill not so good in selection for this department.

Went to the Salvation Army Thrift store today to see if there were any baby items.. The pack n Play was dirty, and they had a $40.00 price tag on it.. they had a small very flimsy sorting shelf for baby room with a $12.00 price tag on it. i cant believe the prices they are asking for used items that have been donated. Old Lamps $25.00 with plugs that look unsafe. I thought this store was a thrift store. They are asking full blown retail on dirty used items.. DO NOT recommended this location its really not worth it.

This store is awful. The employees are INCREDIBLY RUDE. If you like being yelled at, be sure to stop on by! Ive been shoved out of the way by incompetent employees that could barely speak English. They are also notorious for short-changing people who pay cash (happened to me before), so use your card so you wont get scammed. Horrendous store, avoid at all costs!

Great local thrift store. Obviously, selection varies from visit to visit, but I usually find something nice when I go. Good store for loud 80s vintage and specialty household appliances. Checking out usually takes a while, though.

I found some amazing deals here. Keep checking back, theyre constantly shelving new donations. Clothes werent organized by size, but hey, thats part of the fun.
