Last week we had the pleasure of having new shower and bath doors installed by the folks at Charlottesville Glass and Mirror. The two men that came out to do the install could not have been more professional. They did an excellent job with the shower doors and replaced a large window in our french doors. When the job was finished, they asked my wife and I to please come up and inspect their work and make sure it met with our approval. I knew when they took their shoes off before they entered our home, these were not your average employees. They were courteous, professional and respectful of our home. I highly recommend CG&M and would certainly not hesitate to call on them again. Job well done!

I highly recommend Charlottesville Glass & Mirror. I brought 2 pieces of glass, for tabletops, to be cut and 2 small crystal clocks to be polished because of damage to them from being dropped. The glass was cut perfectly to my measurements, but the best job was done on the small crystal clocks. You would never know either one was damaged to the extent they were and they both now look beautiful. Quality workmanship down and in less than a week. First off the two very simple cuts were wrong. Second I am a contractor and small business and I just lost $350 between time and gas on this job because I have to now travel an hour one way to come back and install these two pieces of glass, and a half a day because of someones incompetence and they said that they cannot refund me for the glass in which is their fault for the miscuts.

Hit a home run for me! I broke this huge peacock framed with glass that my wife loves. I called to have it fixed before she could get home again that day. They squeezed it in with very poor notice and stayed overtime to make it happen. If you want customer service, this is the place.
