I went in and ordered and paid for a patio door. The guy said itd arrive in 3 weeks. 2 days short of a month i called to check on the status of tbe order. After a few hours and back and forth phone calls o was told tbe doir was never ordered by the store. I went in and got my refund, everyone i dealt with seemed completely unbothered by their mistake. I Will never go there again.

Very unorganized. Screwed up order several times. Did not have materials when they said they would, could not find anything in their warehouse. I get that youre busy but come on guys they fixed the order so id say theyre average
