I came in to buy a $200 pallet of mulch this afternoon and was denied the veterans discount on the basis of my military ID being expired. I apologize, Home Depot, that my service in Iraq during OEF is not sufficient for your appreciation. After I finish waiting for the next 45 minutes for your fork lift operator to get off of lunch and decide to come load me up, I will be sure to utilize your stores and deal with your incredibly awful and disrespectful customer service as infrequently as possible. .....update.....the fork lift driver finally came out, but the cashier sold me more mulch than they had. Nice job Home Depot....now we wait for a manager so they can mark down a different mulch that I will have to blend in with the original that I already laid 60 bags of. I apparently have nothing but time for these guys to waste.

I was there to start selecting materials for a large commercial job along with my marketing director who was recording the process when 4 employees came up to us and demanded we stop recording immediately before we are removed. I place the majority of my orders through home depot. the one I was there for that day would have totaled up to a 30 thousand dollar order. needless to say I will not be using that sto re again

Needed a part that was kind of hard to describe over the phone,I was in Rochester and stores were closing nobody really understood what I was looking for. I called the Batavia store and talked to Bill from electrical dedt. He knew exactly what I needed ,went and looked said they had 6 in stock. He held what I needed for me to drive from rochester to pick it up. Made an exhausting day much better

The people are rude and very unhelpful. If you dont like working in a job that is customer related then dont work there. This experience is with almost all the the employees I came into contact with at this store! Including the customer service deck ,

The only store in the Rochester aria that Wont give a Vets Discount,. Had over 300.00 worth of merchendice. Left it sitting at counter and walked out. Yes Lowes in Brockport is vet frendley. As well as outher H D Stores.

By far the best Home Depot in Western NY.. They put Henrietta to shame! Very friendly and helpful. I had given up on Home Depot until I visited this one. Keep up the good work!
