These guys are a bunch of KIDS on summer break! They have amateur experience with bikes, and have no idea about the professional sport. For a tune up on a store bought bike, theyre probably ok, but for a real enthusiast, do not trust them or let them put a wrench on your bike! I would never take my Trek back to them! I feel like Im in a highschool cafeteria when I go there, and after the second time, Im never returning!

A small bike shop in Ashland that made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were very knowledgeable about local trails, road biking routes in the area and they were very patient with all of my questions. This is now my bike shop of choice because I dont feel like a number when I walk in. Also, bought a Specialized mtn bike and they will do maintenance and tune ups on it for the first year I own it.

Great job, and quick too! I always take my bike to Olde Towne for maintenance. Theyve never let me down. I broke a spoke on Saturday (Labor Day weekend), took the bike in on Sunday. They replaced the spoke, trued the wheel, and replaced my worn brake pads in time for me to pickup the bike before they closed. Now I can still do my Labor Day ride!

Came in to to meet a friend to see if a bike would fit me. These guys gave me a rough fit and advice as well as a quick run-through of the bike at no charge. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. I had a fantastic experience here!
