Just purchased a Trek FX 7.4 and accessories. I explained to the salesperson that I had not ridden in over 30 years and wanted to get back into it. The staff was very helpful. They set me up with the right bike and all I needed to get back on the road. They took a lot of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my new bike. I also spent considerably less than I thought I would. Every time I go into Revolution Cycles I come out satisfied and having spent less money than I had planned on spending. Word of advice, if you purchase a new bicycle from these guys BUY the 3 year "Keep it Rolling" plan, you will not regret it. I am not the kind of guy who normally purchases extended warranties but this one is well worth it. I have already gotten over 4 times the value of the plan in parts and service and you dont have to pull teeth to get them to honor it. I highly recommend Revolution Cycles.

Just recently purchased two bikes from the Stafford location. Both of the sales persons working were extremely accommodating and took the time necessary to make sure we were happy with our selections. My wife and I are very thankful for the help we received even if it meant staying late. Unfortunately after spending $$$$ the manager was not happy that we kept them 15 minutes past closing time, both of our sales man and woman encouraged my wife and I that the customer always comes first and they were more than happy to stay late to make sure our riding experience was as great as it could be. If you go to this location and want great customer service, speak to one of the sales associates as they seem more welling to help the customer at any cost. We wish we could say the same about the management.

Excellent Customer Service. I brought in a mid 90s mountain bike wanting just the minimum fixed to get it running. It needed a lot. They did exactly what I asked for and threw in some extras just to be nice. I had brake problems a couple of weeks later (brakes they worked on) and took it back. They completely replaced everything with upgraded parts at no charge to me. I dont know if they were responsible for what went wrong, but they foot the bill regardless. Ive returned for several purchase since then simply as a thank you. I will continue to return.

I needed help with my bike and got great service from Ben. I have neck issue and the bike that I had was increasing my pain. Ben help me select a bicycle that I like, gave me no pain and is very comfortable. I am very pleased with my new Trek Verve bike. I highly recommend Revolution Cycle in Stafford, VA. They know what they are doing. BTW, note that the GPS brings you to the old location, punch in the address from the website to find it. The new location is only a few block away from the old location.

I came here looking for an inner tube for a bike-trailer tire. Unlike other bike shops Ive been in, I felt like any one - including my novice self - could walk into this store and be treated well. The staff was very friendly and the tech, Becca, was not only helpful but informative, as she taught me how explained to me how to put the tire back together. I dont often have need to go to a bicycle shop, but when I do I will be driving the 30 minutes south to go to this one.

Good customer service. Very friendly customer service and they answer your questions completely and follow up if you ask. The bike service area is very good and they hold true to their word, if you are not satisfied with the tune up, bring it back in and theyll do it again, NO CHARGE! Great job.

Although we did not end up buying our bicycles from this shop, they were very helpful and very informative. They seem to be a bit pricey and their selection was somewhat limited, but again their staff was very helpful.
