Was a fan, but not anymore. I bought two hybrids back in 2011 and I love them both. Im not an avid rider and I probably have less than 150 miles on my bike and less than 50 on my wifes. I went in to negotiate a trade up and they low balled me so bad, I needed a drink and a cigarette to recover and I dont even smoke. When they checked out my bike, I could have sworn everything they said was bad and needed to be tweaked or replaced. My bike looks like it came off the show room floor. I never ride in the rain, I have had it on one crushed gravel trail and one hard pack dirt trail. Im so disgusted with their offer, I will never set foot in their business place again. I paid 620.00 total (the bike was 500 and then I bought accessories) and only offered me 100 in trade and remember I bought two of the same types of bikes. I guess I bought a pieces of junk.

Fastest service Ive ever had. I showed up with all of the parts for a mountain bike build. Since Id never been to Olde Towne, I wasnt sure if I was going to use this shop for the build. Got a good vibe from the staff. They know bikes and were very interested in talking bikes as opposed to many places that just wanna sell you something. So, I brought in all the parts and they did a complete build THAT DAY. Im sure they wouldnt be able to do this if they were slammed, but I still think its awesome that they provided me with such great service on my first trip to the shop. They did a great job on the build and came in at the low end of their quote. Good selection of bikes, parts, and accessories in the shop, too. I move a lot and Im always looking for a great bike shop near where I live. This is it.

I was in town for few weeks and had an issue with the cassette on my 16 year old Cannondale Jekyll. I took it into them to get it repaired. They were able to fix the issue on the spot. I also brought up that the front derailur was rubbing on the chain and could it get adjusted. Through further inspection it was discovered that it was the bottom bracket not a needed adjustment. They did not have mine in stock but they ordered it and installed it upon its arrival. When I picked it up it and inspected everything was repaired and it was the quietest it has been in a long time. Thanks gents. You guys are tip top.

Bought a 3 wheel bike for my wife last year, chain broke this Saturday & took it back. Fixed chain for free, had to take bike apart somewhat to get it in my car. When I assembled it due to lack of knowledge on my part I messed up the brakes. I took it back there Sunday to be fixed.The guys there reassembled it and show me how to release the brake w/o tools. Took it home and reassemble it in minutes. All for no charge and the guy there Owner? said if I have any trouble to call them and they could walk my through any problem. If I need any bike accessories or another bike will go here.

Probably a good place if you are an avid cyclists, but definitely not for those who are new or just starting out. Salesperson made it abundantly clear after three rude remarks that we werent worth his time, even though my husband just purchased a $1300 last week from their Woodbridge location. Todays trip was supposed to be to purchase my bike, a bike rack for the car, a helmet, and other accessories. Needless to say, because of the way we were treated, we declined to spend any money.

Great service. We came in knowing the style of riding we wanted to get started with and left with exactly what we needed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.. they even helped us install the bike rack on our vehicle that we purchased at another location.
