Ignorant Manager- DO NOT SHOP HERE! I havent shopped at this store in months!! and NEVER WILL!! A strange gentleman is going to call me from the actual store and NO EMPLOYEES inside. I call to the store 30m minutes later and the manager answers and is rude as hell telling me that the store is closed and the door wasnt locked properly. So a strange gentleman walks the heck in the store and dials one of your customers number to tell you the door isnt locked and he doesnt know what to do. Manager trying to tell me Im stupid and no way anyone has access to anything but he dials a customers number by accident. And then proceeds to tell me he cant delete my information. NEVER AGAIN YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER let alone I will be putting word out that this store is crazy and disrespectful!

I went to VaporFi today for the first time. It was great - we were attended to so quickly, and George, who was working at the time, was really friendly and knowledgeable. Im new to vaping and had a lot of questions, and he was really patient and understood exactly what I was trying to ask without knowing the lingo myself. I came in with an issue with my e-cig that I couldnt figure out, and George identified (and fixed) it immediately. The store also has a TON of vape flavors and let you mix and match, which is a lot of fun. Im really happy with my new rootbeer float liquid :-)

I liked the store, but today I parked my car in in the adjacent parking lot, which I assumed was apart of the same shopping center, and my car was towed. Was only in the store for 5 minutes and was towed by "Advanced Towing". Had to Uber to get my car and the towing place had pictures of me walking on the sidewalk and said I was not on the shopping center premises. Will not be returning here or to Westmont Shopping center, which is located on the northeast side of Columbia Pike and Glebe

When I walk into the store I did have lots of questions and the manager took the time to explain how all the vaporizers work and I was able to choose the one I like. later I had an small problem with the vaporizer I went back to the store the district manager was there "Jeremy Tomlinson" and fix the problem right away.. My personal experience with this store is great all the employees friendly I couldnt ask for better customer service that is why I gave them five stars

Jeremy is awesome. I was new to the whole deal and he educated me about this subject thoroughly. Ive been back several times to try flavors and keep a good stash of mixed juices. I have been to many vapor shops and this one takes the cake. I will never go to a different vapor shop again, number one reason is Jeremys customer service and friendliness and number two just the feel of the place is on point.

DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT; YOU WILL BE TOWED. Great store, knowledgeable staff, only store in the area to carry clove flavor, also one of the cheapest vape stores in terms of liquid. But yo serious, do not park in the parking lot adjacent to the row of shops this store is in, theres a predatory towing company that will jack your ride within minutes. Park on the street at a metered spot.

Seriously a great place to go pick up juices and get professional advice. You can mix and match anything you want and they mix them right in front of you. Not just some re-seller. Also they have a great selection of vapes from start kits up to high tier models.

Every single time I go into the store Jeremy gives me 1000% Customer Service. Even if it takes reworking something and giving me his own product to make me happy before I leave, its never an issue. This place rocks ...! Thank you dude

Nice looking place. Friendly staff. Computer crashed during the transaction so I couldnt buy anything then. Came back the next day to get what I had wanted. Not the stores fault. Corporate has been having trouble with their systems.

I love this store. People who work here are super nice and very helpful with blending e juices. This is my second vaporfi store and vaporfi does great job for customer services. The quality of e liquid is always great.
