I am new to smoking and asked one of the employees for help. I wanted to see one of their pipes which I had researched on their own website. The employee pointed at a basket and also a cabinet and said to look in those places. Meanwhile, to look in the cabinet I had to reach around a ground of customers sitting in front and smoking their cigars. They seemed annoyed that I was trying to find something. I couldnt find what I wanted, but when I looked back at the employee for assistance he was playing with his blackberry. I left. Id rather do business somewhere else. There are plenty of other places in DC and VA.

I am not a smoker so my review is for the buying process and second hand feedback from the recipient of my purchase. This store is my go to place in DMV for fine cigars. I generally buy cigars to gift to my uncle. They have a wide range to choose from and it does seem overwhelming at first. But the salespeople are knowledgeable and always ready to help and make good recommendations for my budget. Their recommendation have always been good and I have received good feedback from my uncle for the choice of cigars!

Looked like a great selection. I went in thinking there were glass pipes since Google said there were(there were not). When i asked, the guy at the counter was extremely dismissive and rolled his eyes. He went in to a speech about "erroneous" things on the Internet. Would not recommend to a friend based on this experience.

I had a great experience here! Staff was very friendly and they know a lot about cigars. Great place to buy cigars. You can even smoke them there too. Chris was very helpful, and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend stopping by here if you like cigars, or are just curious.

Great selection of cigars, pipes, cutters and lighters, without any of the garbage Im used to back home. Great staff, too. You can actually talk to them over things, which is nice. Id give it a five if only there was a hair more variety in pipe tobacco. Didnt see too much.

First time trying out a cigar and the customer service was horrible. Simply asked if they carried certain type of cigars and the employee didnt guide me and gave me worst impression. Not a friendly place and wouldnt recommend it.

Friendly high end tobacco store. Old School interior. Stocks REFRIGERATED Swedish snus for the connoisseurs, not just the white portion but the fine loose and black. (seriously the snus is hard to find!)

What a great place even for an ex smoker. Had great service from their staff especially the young gentleman from Armenia. The smell in the shop is one to die for if you love cigars.
