Admittedly, I dont go to this place for what they specialize in, hookahs, vapes, and the associated accessories, so this is the only reason why I didnt give this place one star. Im a cigar smoker, and since I work down the street, I thought Id give the place a visit to save me a few minutes from going to another cigar place after I found out that Smokeys sells cigars. Problem one: Mediocre selection. I could get past that because, again, cigars are not their specialty. Problem two: The owner is clearly either delusional, or painfully unaware of what the retail price of a cigar should me. One example, they were selling a Rockey Patel 15th anniversary for 29.99. This is a 10-11 dollar cigar in EVERY other tobacco joint in the DMV area. With tax, thats a 300 percent markup on an otherwise mid-priced 10 dollar cigar. They also had many other "low rent" cigars with laughably ambitious 12 and 15 dollar price tags. The markups on their cigars are insulting to someone like me who knows how much cigars should cost retail. There are too many other places in a 3 mile radius alone for cigar smokers to get a nice stick without dealing with the grand larceny this establishment tries to commit on unsuspecting cigar customers.

To whom it may concern, I Went in yesterday on the 13th around 9 PM. The young man who was in there was very rude and inattentive and seem to have a bad attitude. I spent $31 for detox drink, well overpriced. I will never go back and I repeat never, long as their business is there. Wish I could give no stars. Plus, after long wait I was refused service for saying thc, omg no warning. First time in the store and this how you treat me, smh. I drove 47mins to get to the store. I had to send my wife in. This why I dont stay in Arlington its full of bullshit dictators. I hope this shop gets closedown, what a trashy place to call a business. I cant say THC!!! Your selling weed products. How much bullshit, not even a warning. Plus the warning signs are really cheap and small signs, not first thing or second thing you will notice in the store. P.s keep up the good work, you may get a eviction notice. Now on to Yelp and were ever else I can write a review on you guy, can have people not knowing the truth about your service and HIGH prices. The drink you sold me is $10 online, just shameful. hahahahahahahahaha who has last laugh really hahahahahahahahaha.

Sold me an overpriced e-cig that lasted all of a week. Employee at the store and what I can only assume is his girlfriend were "hanging out" with him in the back when I walked in. Store does nothing but overcharges customers and provides awful customer service. Ill go through nicotine withdrawal before I deal with these shady people again.

Cool shop however the staff tend to over charge on everything. Guy tried to sell me 4 plastic hooka tips for $2.00 and 1 roll of charcoals for $8.00 LOL I will never go back! thanks AMAZON! FYI... The 5 Star ratings on this place have to be fake. Not even sure how this business stays afloat. Hmmmm.....

Well attentive employees, great service on the spot! They knew right away what I was looking for, the staff deserves more credit than some of these reviews intend. Reasonable prices especially if you make some sort of deal with them. They are very flexible in the way they handle customers!
