Wow. I just walked out of funky pipes and am shocked about how great of a customer service experience it was. Im new to smoking and know nothing about pipes. When I walked in I was greeted by Mark. He asked if I needed help with anything and I straight up told him I knew nothing about pipes and wanted him to help me pick out the right one. So at this point, I made myself a walking blank check. Mark listened to the couple of characteristics I was looking for and was able to provide me a few suggestions that fit my criteria and were easy on the wallet as well. At one point I actually pointed out another more expensive small bong that I liked. Mark said it would get the job done but no better than his original, more affordable suggestions. So he prevented me from going overboard just like a knowledgeable friend would. The entire experience with Mark and Stephanie was great. Theyve now got a customer for life.

I stopped by Funky Piece for the first time and I found an amazing selection of top quality glass and great customer service. Even though it was right before closing, and it was busy in the store, Kenny and Stephanie helped me check out several items on the shelf, and we talked pros and cons of the various pieces, until I found the perfect one at the right price. Its not often you find a top quality glass shop with good prices, and good customer service. DC was in desperate need of a store like Funky Piece. Thanks Kenny and Stephanie, I will be back!

Im not really a smoker but I like to look around at some of the new products that they have DC is now marijuana friendly apparently so we wanted to see what it was like this place is very helpful was very understanding explain everything showed us everything and didnt mind just us walking in and browsing around so either you can shop here and by or just window shop

I give mad props to Funky Piece Dc, i entered the shop and was looking for smell proof bags and out of the blue comes Mark he was very nice and very helpful never pressured me at all told me to take my time and if i needed anything let him know... i would definitely recommend Funky Piece Dc to anyone and i definitely will be back! Totally dig the new Funky Piece store. Feel like its more than just a smoke shop with the community feel cause of the folks you meet popping in after NORML meetings or who are in buying magic butter machines cause they make candy and the awesome customer service - theres always something new learned. Mark was the man! Super helpful and knew everything about all of the products in his store. From grinders to top shelf rigs , he knew the pricing on everything , not to mention his prices alligned with their sticker price. There were no headache negotiations just quality products at the right price. 10/10 will come back!

Amazing store and amazing crowd! Love coming in here for all my accessory needs! They have the best deals on bangers and all enails and accessories!! They carry Medicali, Roor, Crush, Empire, Santiago Glass etc!! I dont think there is a need they cant fulfill!!!
