The lady there knows what shes doing but the man there knows absolutely nothing about shoes, I told him I was a size 10 wide he insisted I needed a size 9 and when he brought 2 different shoes out which of course didnt fit he still would not get me the correct size and kept telling me that the cheaper pairs would ruin my feet only the $170 pair would do my feet any good. I highly recommend either shopping elsewhere or do not let the man help you. I ended up leaving with no shoes after being "helped" for 45 minutes. Good luck if you plan on shopping here

I needed shoes for a two week vacation to Europe where I planned to do a lot of walking. After shopping elsewhere, I went into the New Balance store in Williston for the first time. What a great experience. They were extremely knowledgable about the particulars of every shoe in their product line. And they were expert at fitting. I felt like a kid again as they laced up my shoes when I tried them on. I found the perfect shoes there. Highly recommend.
