Outstanding Service and product knowledge. Arrived in Long Island from out of state prior to a 3 month journey (lots of walking) overseas. I have always been a fan of New Balance but after some surgery I was not so sure of what type, size or width shoe I should buy. Called these folks after seeing their ad on television. Most impressed with my short phone conversation and how they described their approach to making sure that I was fitted correctly. Went to the store that evening and was most impressed by the attention as soon as I walked into the store. The young lady that fit me provided excellent evaluation, sizing, incredible selection, good advice that Ill think about in the future when buying shoes. I found the perfect shoe that is incredibly comfortable for my long upcoming travels.
