If I could rate this store ZERO stars trust me, I would. I have never witnessed more horrible customer service then I did at this location. I will never shop at finish line again and I advise anyone reading this to do the same. The way I was treated by the manager John and the associates at this store is horrible and simply pathetic. Long story short after placing an order in the store for a pair of sneakers I later received the wrong colored shoe in the mail, when I brought it back I was asked to pay an additional cost for the shoes because that color was a higher price point. I found paying the extra cost was unfair being at the time of purchase I handed the woman the exact shoe I wanted, in the exact color I wanted, and I was told I was paying a certain price for that exact shoe, the mix up was not on my end rather the associate that placed the order for me, the manager John was completely unprofessional, he was condescending and acted like the mix up was not his problem and did not want to make up for his employees mistake. I took it upon myself to call customer service, I explained the situation to a representative and she was sympathetic to the situation felt badly that I was so inconvenienced by there store and advised me to go back. She told me once I got there they would contact the store and over the phone they will speak with the manager walk him how to do the exchange without me having to pay the additional cost, well JOHN told corporate that he REFUSED to process my exchange and he I quote "WAS NOT DEALING WITH IT". Multiple times said in front of my face he refuses to assist me. He would not process my exchange at all. Disrespect does not even begin to define how I was treated by this man. He laughed it off then walked around laughing and talking about it to his fellow employees. I left disgusted absolutely disgusted how can a manager refuse to help a customer. NEWS FLASH YOU WORK IN RETAIL WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO FINISH LINE AND YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB.!!!!

Employees do not want to help anyone and give you massive attitude when you ask for different sizes or have questions. Took our business to foot locker where we got excellent service and better employee attitude. Dont like your job? Dont like dealing with customers? Go work somewhere else.

Because went to buy shoes for my bqby. Th eery had one shoe on display size 7 left shoe mind you an then they had a size 9 right shoe. They didt even have the pair. I was so hurt an pissed off because I needed the size 7. So really disappointed.

Great products, even better service. They just got this new guy who sold me shoes the other day... best service I have ever experienced in a retail shop. Think his name was Nick... tall, dark hair, early 20s. Go to him, he was awesome!

I tried to get help for a running shoe. I wear a size 11, they told me that the highest size is a 10. They wouldnt even check in the back for me. So I guess out of all the ladies shoes in the store there is no size 11
