Staff: always super friendly and helpful Selection: almost always find what Im looking for Prices: lots great discounts on outdoor stuff and clothing that usually costs an arm and a leg Location: clean store with a great location next to the other discount stores Also, their ship to store feature is pretty great because you dont have to pay shipping for an online order and it generally arrives at the store within a week or so.

Second-tier product lines from second-tier companies. I guess its a fine place for apparel, but this is not a reliably-stocked gear store. As other reviewers have noted, its probably best used as a place to pick up shipments from their website -- where, if you are willing to wade through the never-ending "sales" pricing, you may occasionally find a real bargain.

This was the first time anyone actually acknowledged me in the store. A guy that looked like a manager kind of made sure I know he was watching me but he didnt address me. Salesman was great, did not get his name, and Alexis, the cashier, was fantastic bas well.

The checkout system has crahed for the clerks each time I have tried to shop here. Making a simple 5 min errand take 3x as long. Clothing ripped upon first wear due to inferior stitching. All in all not worth shopping here unless there is a sale.

Excellent location and selection and i habe bought a bunch of gear here. The staff are very helpful but not necessarily the most knowledgable in town. They have some occasion eye popping clearance deals.

So Im used to the online store. Closeouts marked down. Limited selection, but decent deals on a lot of goods. This store was just limited selection on random stuff at regular price. Not worth returning.
