BLUF: Zippers on jackets are made of cheap plastic. North face will "fix" for you and have ready in 4-6 weeks. I purchased a toddler size fleece jacket and winter jacket for my three year old son. We got a handful of wears out of the winter jacket before the zipper started sticking and stopped working all together. I asked if they had tools to fix the zipper, they did not. I asked if I could swap the jacket, for the same design, same size, and they would not. The store that I bought the jacket at said there was nothing they "could" do and they could have it shipped to the North Face to have it fixed. Turn Around time; 4-6 weeks. They suggested I spend money on another jacket in their store while it was being fixed. The product is poorly made with plastic zippers that stick. To add insult to injury, they did nothing for us (my son going 4-6 weeks with no winter coat is NOT helping) after selling us a Jacket that clearly should have never been put on the racks to be sold to begin with. My son was out of a jacket, and I was out of 150.00. I went to Once Upon a Child and bought him a gently used winter jacket for $30.00, (with a metal zipper) and it keeps him warm and dry. Unfortunately, due to the poorly made jacket they sold me, and the customer service that left a bad taste in my mouth; I no longer recommend their products to anyone in effort to save others from the same issue I had, and I can assure you I will no longer be outfitting either my son or I in their clothes anymore.

I had a jacket on hold at another store that I was in love with. I decided to stop by here on my way to pick it up and actually ended up finding almost the same jacket for $200 less! I love my new coat which can be warn the majority of the year since it has removable layers. I actually really hate shopping but the staffs helpful yet "no pressure" sales attitude made my experience short and enjoyable.

I bought a pair of pants from the retail store in Burlington. After wearing them once, I realized that they are defective, but the store is refusing to exchange them or give me a refund. Never shopping there again.

Poorly organized, so finding something yourself is impossible. Poorly staffed by insolent "way too cool" staff. Keep walking and buy online from someone else....we did.
