This was our third stop on our way to locate life jackets, flares, rollers and other small things for our boat. We were weary at first because we though that west marine would be super expense. However, I was very surprised at how affordable everything was. We were greeted by the staff and a wonderful lady named Sylvia came over and helped us find everything we need. We definitely will be back!

Great customer service from MIKE.... thanks 2014 poor manager Pam Gardner ! Looks unprofessional is very unprofessional, speaks very rude & lacks basic boating knowledge and offered "better" none west marine product that she sells and shes the manager wow ! This store stinks now, have to order everything not many products in so burl store

The store is a little small, but they tend to have what I need. As always the prices at West Marine are usually more expensive than other places. However, I dont always have the luxury of waiting for a delivery. The store is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
