This last visit was horrible! Had at least 7 employees including two loss prevention watch us like hawks and approach us several times within ten to fifteen minutes of walking in. Im thinking they thought they were onto something with our "bulging bags", which were bulging when we walked into the store from the parking lot. If youre a woman, you know that most of the time we throw anything and everything in there. My make up bag and wallet hardly leave any room for anything. My advice to them is to make it a little more subtle. You ruined the visit of two frequent (paying) customers, enough for us to take our business elsewhere. And for the thieves out there, theyll be watching you and know if youre onto them. One employee literally said something about a girl in the orange shirt. (My mom being the only person in the store with one.) Then several others asking if we were finding everything okay while walking up, zoning 1 or 2 items and then walking away talking in their radios. Im pretty sure I will never return to this location. Which disappoints me deeply because Ross is my go to store!

I love ROSS! Its my favorite store, no joke. I come here for jeans and home decor. The only problem with this Ross is that its crazy, super busy on the weekends! Never come here on the weekends, youll regret it. And if you do, since its always super packed, the lines go on forever, even when all of the associates are at the front desk cashering! Theres also not that many clothes because all of them have been taken by the crowd. If you come here, its best to go on the weekdays, Monday-Wednesday. Thursday gets a little overly busy but not as bad as Friday-Sunday. I forgot when they get new stuff in but when I go on Monday-Wednesday, theres no stuff in stock and not that many people, its the perfect time to go! They also have a lot of home decor, more than the Ross at Fort Union and a little bit more than the Redwood-Taylorsville one. I dont have too much of a preference between this one and the Redwood one unless I want to go on certain days. If I have a Ross mood on the weekend, Ill go to Redwood and weekdays would be this one.

This store is amazing! I have found so many name brand items for my kids and myself. They have a great selection of Hats, Shoes, Accessories and Home Furnishings...I did the majority of my Christmas shopping here. I was able to get name brand TOYS..I got my son and nephews name brand STAR WARS STORM TROOPERS NERF GUNS for under $20. These guns are $85 at Toys R Us. As a mom, I need to shop at places that maximize my budget and look more expensive than what I paid..Also name brand Shopkins toy sets for less than Toys R Us. The only downfall is the carts that you cant take outside..When you have a cart full of items it would be more convenient to push the cart to my vehicle to unload. Also the checkout lines an be pretty long..but I feel the wait is worth it.

The most awful treatment I ever have!!! I when today 10/30/2016 and there was a junior shirt I wanted The tag was distach and I try looking for another just like it and no luck and I brought it to the register I told them I try finding another junior top but there were none. I amsaw my best luck was to tell the cashier he was a nice guy actually he try to finding it but he didnt find any, the manager (some old lady I believe she is samoa (her ethic has nothing to do w her action just describing her) when the cashier guy who was also Samoa explain what was going on she refuse to speak English to him she was talking on her native Samoa language (with a very nasty attitude

This location is a joke, I needed to try on a pair of pants at 10:40 and I asked an associate if I could perhaps try them on. She asked who I believe was the manager. She said no, we have to clean up. I work retail and understand but I didnt think I was asking too much, they usually dont hold your hand in the dressing room. She claimed the dressing rooms close at 10:30 but I didnt see anything posted stating that. Anyway I am writing this review because the cashier had a complete attidtude, throwing stuff in the bag. Then she had the rescan my items and rolled her eyes. It wasnt my fault the stuff didnt scan... Horrible customer service, if you ask me.

I love Ross. Best place to shop for a great price. Quality really depends on what you find. It is a treasure hunt. You really have to hunt down products. I believe this location is the busiest but has the most merchandise. If you want to find great deals, you gotta go early (around noon) on weekdays or when it opens on Saturday morning. If you go later than 11 am on Saturday, you will hit a massive crowd of shoppers and this wont end until Sunday night. Cashiers are quick. This place is not the cleanest, due to the amount of shoppers and how they treat the store. Overall I love Ross and I will continue to shop here for almost everything. :D

This specific Ross is worse than the others in the Salt Lake Valley. This one seems to be way more of a mess and always has a huge line. Im not quite sure why I even return to this one other than to kill time before going to a movie at the Megaplex in this mall. BUT, per usual, Ross does have some great deals on a lot of clothing that I would purchase, if not for the ridiculous line to the registers. I find myself going to the Ross stores often to find clothing items and usually find good stuff. Just steer clear of this particular Ross.

This is either the funniest or worst experience ever! Ross must have a strict policy on greeting customers because thats the only thing they do well. I asked the loss prevention guy that greeted us if they could open more registers and he had the WORST attitude ever and in so many words told us no. I gave my clothes too my cousin and walked in the store about 40 times before she got to the front and all 40 times he had to smile and tell me welcome too ross

HEY ROSS MANAGEMENT-- really need to get a handle on staffing checkers. The long lines are absolutely ridiculous. Ive never seen more than 2 checkers--even when the line keeps growing. Whats up with a dedicated person organizing hangers, and the occasional manager acting all intense and worried, but doing absolutely nothing. ROSS Read your reviews! This is not a complicated problem.

Doesnt have more than 2 checkers at a time. The selection is really just a shot in the dark. Ross is supposed to be a discount store and I can find for usually the same price at a normal brand name store. Employees here dont seem too happy to help you, its like your inconveniencing them. I do however have an obsession with their jeans. Now those are a great price.

I enjoy coming to this store! They always have great, new styles and also a variety of gifts I can pick up on short notice. It does kind of feel weird to have two Loss Prevention guys at the same entrance. Im pretty sure they are supposed to be covering both entrances. They are nice enough, but just a little strange. Overall, Ive had positive experiences here.
