Lets talk about Ross. Jordan Landing West Jordan. So I walk up to be checked out and they only have to return lines open and no checkout lines. So I assume theyre just working the people checking it out into the return lines. So the people that were there before me go ahead and when I step up to go the checkout lady tells me no I dont have to return I cant come up. So I say well theres no lines to check people out I thought you would be checking us out. She said no you have to stand here and wait until all the returns are done because you dont have a return you dont take priority the returns take priority over new customers. So I was told I would have to wait until all the customers on the return line are done, which were several, until I can have a chance to be checked out. Because I was trying to purchase a new item I was a lesser priority than the people trying to return their items. And they werent bothering to put one of the two return people into a checkout stand for new people. I would rather pay more for an item somewhere else than stand there and have someone tell me I am a lower priority than another customer. There word exactly.

I just left this location after the worst experience with the worst nasty tempered cashier ever named Maria. This was my first and last trip to Ross. I was not aware of the check out line set up and she snarled at me in a very loud voice you cut in line the lines over there. I was completely embarassed I apologized profusely stating I wasnt aware of the set up and she just smirked at the lady behind me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had made another comment that was appropriate but I was so mortified I cant remember the statement. The savings wasnt worth the treatment.

I dont like searching through their clothes but I do find the best deals here on other stuff like misc. Clothes/pant hangers 8pack less than $5, best in perfume prices. Jewlery no good. But for misc items this is deffenetly the place to go, alarm clocks, suitcases, martha stuart stamp and punch sets $4 no other place beats their prices on only misc. Items. Any ross for that matter and yes they stare at you hard they are looking for thevieves lol dont steal here and yes the place is always a mess. But if u know what your looking for get it!

Ross is exactly what you would expect from a discount clothing store. The products are great and the prices are lower than retail value, but the general upkeep of the store is average. Items are often found on the floor or in the wrong place and the overall atmosphere of the store feels a tad dirty. The staff was great and when I went to return something that didnt fit a few days after I bought it, they seemed willing to accept the return. Overall, Ross is a great place to shop and the location couldnt be better.

I dont know why they let the line get back to the middle of the store before they bring more cashiers up. Im in a hurry but I have to stand in line for 25 minutes, and the store is not even busy! It seriously looks like 90% of the people in the store are in line, and I still see employees walking around putting things away instead of opening another check out stand. I wouldnt complain if this was once. This happens all the time!

This store is not the best at organization. Every time I go in there all of the associates other then the ones up front. are pushing around carts full of items and quickly putting them in isles, I cant ever go in there with out getting a heache because of how unorganized they are. I feel like the associates are timed due to how bad these isles look. Especially during the seasons!!! Ross needs a new up-due. And BAD!

Went in to do some X=mas shopping for others and myself... and boom.. the line had become so long it went to the back of the store. They only had 4 checkout stands going.. I left the cutest top ever, but it would have taken another hour to go thru that line.. come on Ross.. maybe raise your wages up enough to compensate for the grulling work these kids put up with..

In the main page it reads: "people typically spend 30 minutes here" I have spent 1 hour waiting in line, theres only 1 cashier and the line is as far back by the dresser rooms, horrible experience, I dont think I am coming back to this particular one....sucks, 1 star cause of the deals another one for the products, but -3 for service.

This particular branch SUCKS!!! I have had a cart of stuff to buy..3times now...been in line waiting for a cashier to come and Work!! Finally one comes up...and some idiot( NOT in line..)goes in front of me and the dumb cashier took him.!!! I left the cart and walked out. I wont go to this store again. Three strikes,,youre OUT!!

Its an okay Ross, nothing really special really. The greeter is always on his/her best behavior when greeting and that is much appreciated every time i come in. Employees could do better by smiling and asking to help out the customers, would give a more positive atmosphere in my opinion

You get good deals but... They put away items too quickly such as, you want to get sneakers in August but they already start selling winter boots. In the middle of August. So now I have to search around for the best deals for sneakers because Ross restocked two seasons early.

They had what I was looking for, after a long search. Theyre not really organized, they have a lot of things and it shows. Theres a good variety of clothing here, I can get a whole outfit for a lot less, so I cant complain too much.

Worst place ever but its convenient...clothes are never on the racks and the day before school starts there is only one cashier for regular customers and one for those with exchanges.....if understaffed PLEASE CORRECT OR CLOSE

Most of the time the store looks like a big mess! With all the employees they have just standing around you would think it would be cleaner but, no the employees just stare at you rudely like your wasting there time. Very rude

Its Ross. No one goes there for great service or friendly staff. We go for great prices and this location generally delivers that. The staff is generally unmotivated and often unhappy, but they get the job done.

Store always look like it last been ransacked..( probably has been). Shoe prices are always way to high....but they have good prices on their clothes and rugs...be prepared to stand in long lines...

I hate this location. But its nearby. Sooo like a Wal-Mart. Bad for anxiety. A mess of a store. But the cashier was super nice today. So she earned you some stars. Normally Id give it a 0.

The lines are ridiculous. They only have 2 registers open and several staff working the floor! This Ross sucks. Ive been standing in line longer than I shopped!
