While on a trip through Utah I reluctantly agreed with my daughter to stop at this Buckle. I was pleasantly surprised to find easy parking, very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable well organized store. They asked what she was looking for and amazingly three staff members rushed through the store and brought her several styles in the size she needed. I even found something I liked and she said I could wear it in public. Sigh, yeah we bought alot.

Honestly a joke. Waited for 30 minutes while the dude played on the computer so he could tell me that the jeans I bought a month ago had never even been sold my buckle? They didnt fit right and I never even wore them but they couldnt exchange them because "they didnt exist in the system" what a joke for jeans that cost me $100 bucks

Worst customer service ever! The manager was extremely rude and snotty. I bought a pair of shoes that were too small and was told that I would be able to exchange them. When I brought them back into the store the manager refused to switch the shoes out because the tags were still not on the shoes.

I was treated extremely rudely by staff who tried to refuse to give refund with no valid reason. When I indicated I would not be back, staff said that would be good with them. Not a good way to treat a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at the store.

Great staff at this location. The manager Haley is incredible, very attentive, professional and great team. I recommend this location over the rest in the valley. Along with the mall under new ownership, the area coming back to life. Its the best buckle around.
