Basic Old Navy. The staff were friendly during my visit. Did try to purchase a shirt from the sale rack that had been marked down two or three times with little orange stickers all stuck over each other. When it rang up the cost was 4x the sale price and the employee didnt bother to tell me it didnt ring up as advertised, instead she stuffed it in the bag. I questioned why my three $7.00 shirts cost $44.00 and after reviewing the receipt I found the reason. One of the other $7.00 shirts was the Exact same shirt just a different color so I asked why they were both on the sale rack and both marked to the same price with orange price tags but one cost 4x the price of the other. Her reply was simply; it wasnt on sale due to the seasons and thats just how they do it sometimes. I had her remove the shirt, payed for the other two and left. Im still puzzled why they would do that.

Went in for the sale prices and everything was extremely unorganized. After grabbing a couple of items that turned out not to be on sale ,the manager, Jesus was a complete jerk telling me that signs are clearly marked and it was my fault for not noticing. A simple apology could have made everythinv complelty ok and I would have understood. However, he responded in a completely sarcastic tone "well, clearly you know better than I do". He then stopped helping me and let the next customer come forward. I have never had such a horrible experience at this store!

False advertising, and the manager Hazel acted as if I was trying to steal money out of her pocket when I demanded they honor the promotion that was sent to me via email and text, which was also posted on a big sign by their door, she told me, "I didnt write the ad". I requested to talk to the store manager Jesus, who refused to talk to me. Will not be shopping here anymore. Old Navy, stop making ads that you dont intend to honor and teach your managers some customer service skills please!!

Bought a piece of clothing and didnt wear it for a couple weeks, when I went to wear it, they had not removed the security device thing. I called to see if I could bring it back in to get removed, they said only if I have my receipt. Since it had been 2 or 3 weeks I didnt have my receipt anymore, so now Im out a dress and money that it cost. TERRIBLE.

Got a good deal on a scarf. Considering winter is coming Im going to use the scarf. Its kind of like a medium sized blanket thats meant to be folded up on your neck. Itll work nicely.

False advertising on the $12 adult jeans sale. Hazel the manager has terrible customer service skills. The store manager, Jesus refused to talk to my wife to resolve the issue.

Great staff! Except for the manager. When we tried to return an item, 2 days after purchasing it, he said there was a problem and got mad at us. Not a good experience.
