The younger associates and acting manager dont have an iota of what customer service is. I asked for a discount on a $5 item as it was dirty. The associate was rude about it as was the acting manager who in turn, had an attitude, giving a 5% off discount and stating that the $0.30 discount was not refundable. Pathetic. When purchasing items from a store, they should be in perfect condition and in my case the toy was dirty. It is more than reasonable to offer a 10 if not 20% discount, I got 5. There was no consideration to that fact. I am not sure why they acted irritated to the suggestion of a discount, but at this point it is unreasonable for me to continue to shop at this particular store. I would pay more for professionalism than the product, or rather, clothes I use to get here. I went to TJ Maxx around the corner after leaving these rude individuals, and bought 2 pairs of pants that I absolutely adored. My interaction with their employees was minimal to none, however that was so much better than the negative, disapproving associates at this Ross Store. Ross associates seem to hate their job.

Worst experience ever. Seriously never seen such chaos at any retail store in my life. Store was basically empty and lines got long because they literally had one cashier. People were waiting in return line with no one behind returns counter for what seemed like an eternity. No one was shopping everyone was waiting. Cashier called for returns person twice with no luck. Never had to wait so long with only 2 people in front of me in my life. Finally after what seemed like at least 45 minutes the manager walks up and finally starts taking returns. I wasnt making a return I was purchasing. Pure chaos... You dropped the ball Ross. Its ok though, Ill probably be back. smh

Kind of hit and miss on the discounts and the products they have available. Found a 100 foot garden hose half off at a hardware store nearby that was almost the same type of garden hose they had here. But also found some rock salt, dog treats and garden clippers that were cheaper. There is usually a wait at the checkout lane, so be prepared to stand for a while when youre getting ready to leave. They do try and keep the merchandise somewhat organized. Cant help it though if the customers mess things up constantly.

I left all my purchases and walked out because the line to check out was wrapped all the way through the ropes and almost all the way to the back of the store. There were carts everywhere and the store was torn apart. I dont think it was the fault of the staff, as there was only 2 of them working the front. They need some help. Extremely under staffed. Schedule more workers so your poor employees arent drowning.

I came to purchase an outfit here, unfortunately every rack got the sizes mixed up, then I the time of check out there was over 15 people waiting in line with only one cashier, 10 minutes after the cashier called for help the manager came with the worst attitude ever! She has rude making this visit extremely unpleasant. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE!

Ross has good prices and some nice product, if you can find things. Sizes mixed together, many shelves looked messy, unorganized and empty. This location didnt seem to have a lot to offer and it needs some TLC so its more neat and organized. Then more people will want to come to your store. I dont like walking into a train wreck.

This Ross is the Boss ! Yeah its good !! Tj Maxx doesnt come close to Ross prices. If your gonna be a maxxanista you might as well go to jcpenneys or Montgomery Ward. Sometimes those complaining are the deep rooted problem that deserves a taste of their own medicine.

When someone steals your credit card, they go shopping here, and Ross seems to make them welcome. Outdated surveillance that is completely useless for investigators. Credit theft rings know they are safe at Ross!

Security rudely stopped me at the door and told me I couldnt bring my drink in the store and recommended I leave it unattended in the window sill in the front of the store. Sounds like a good way to get drugged.

Cant say anything bad about Ross. Everyone knows your getting random clothes at discounted prices that are generally reasonable. Also find good home furnishings there as well.
