I love shopping at ross for years. Its got great deals on good items. I can get all of my needs there. however after I had a baby i was a little disappointed. You can take your strollers in the dressing rooms but not the carts. So I either have to juggle my child to try on things our I have to drag my heavy stroller along. Also I bought some pillows and bedding and since you cant take their carts out if the store I had to make the trips in and out with baby on my hip to get everything to my car. Still love ross but I just need to make sure that I am prepared with a stroller or try to find a babysitter.

Ross is the only place I can go shopping and leave with great clothes, household items and decorating accents at prices that leave money in my wallet and a smile on my face. I have never gone to Ross without finding at least half of the things I was shopping for. The staff are friendly in a general sense but not as helpful as Id expect. While they arent rude most employees are not happy about going out of their way to help you locate anything. Its a good thing the store is open with great lighting and a logical layout that makes it easy to find things on your own.

Ross is a hit or miss kind of store. Sometimes you will go in and find exactly what you are looking for and whatever you need.... If you see something, do not wait to buy it because it most likely will not be there next time around. And thats part of the issue - sometimes, you will go in and find nothing at all. The good news is that the prices are relatively decent for the awesome things you can find. On a good day you will find some amazing deals - other days, NOTHIN. Its a roll of the dice with Ross Dress for Less.

I am very disappointed, I had my receipts they were in the 30 days to return it Mark. I assumed my debit card would be credited back the money. Nope instead the lady give me a in store credit voucher. Why? I called to talk to a manger. Got told she was on lunch so, I leaved my name & number like the lady asked who answered the phone. I never got a phone call back. I loved this store! Very very disappointed, just want my money back. Would be higher stars but, cant do that till money is back.

This is a great Ross store. Ive never had any problems here and always got great customer service. The main thing that Ive found is they tend to be low on items a lot so I have really short shopping trips. Mostly they dont have a lot of small clearance items. Otherwise I love this store and highly recommend it.

Great prices and products however horrible management. Didnt cancel my debit payment so I got double charged. Manager hung up on me acted as if it was accidental then gave me the wrong number to corporate when I called him back. When I get a hold of corporate I pray I get my money back.

Well you cant expect much from a retail store. You always have the employees who hate you and that boss who doesnt want to be there. In the case of Ross, Im sad to say there was a big difference between a Vegas one and a Utah one. Vegas seemed to be more friendly...

No Mens clothes. The racks are almost empty. They had a total of they had less then 30 mens pants ranging from size 32 - 48. The rack length is about 40- 50 feet of rack. All the other racks the cloths are spaced way out to look fuller.

Decent for a Ross. Great selection, usually good prices. Its well taken care of, especially compared to other Ross stores Ive been too. Dont usually shop here but I would recommend it.
