I tried to be a good person today, but the staff didnt seem to care. This morning at the checkout line the cashier was too busy talking to her coworkers about coffee than paying attention to what I was purchasing and she ended up putting an item in my bag that I didnt purchase and didnt even want. I didnt realize it was in my bag until evening. I called the store to try and let them know what happened; I was told that I could talk to the manager when I arrived. I drove all the way back to the store hoping that I could confront the manager and explain the situation. All I got was a response on the headset saying not very many people would do that. The manager didnt even try to come and speak with an honest shopper! I believe it was pretty extreme that one of the WORKERS put an item in my bag I didnt want, the security guy was right there, and its apparently no big deal. Management needs to step up and BE the management. The workers need to WORK and FOCUS on what is in front of them. Good job.

1/13/17, I was in the store when an individual approached me and challenge me to a fight. The individual was apparently intoxicated, I advised the people at front to call the cops. I been in security all my adult life so i know how to go about this incidents, I escorted the guy out of the store my self, i returned to the front of the store and spoke to the store manager who advised me that it is against their policy to call the cops. It is unheard off, they are putting every one at risk at this store in Riverdale Utah. If someone gets assaulted, the people in the store cant call the cops, because it is against their policies.

Never shopping at Ross period.Made my girlfriend see a surveillance video. For 7.99 screen protector I never got . Looked for it in my bag when I got home not there. She went there a couple days after. So I gave her the receipt and told her to get it for me because I didnt have it. After seeing the surveillance video manager told her to go home and check if you have it. I buy 500$ shoes Im not gonna lie about 7.99 $

Tried to return a jacket that I bought 2 days before that was too big and they told me that I had worn it cause it smelled like perfume?? I had never worn it because it didnt fit and not sure if it smelled frangrence like from being in my car but it was a terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude and just told me that I have worn it when I know I havent

The clothes is not organized well. It will take a lot of time to look for something. I went to TJ Max the same day and it is amazing how organized they are. The hanger label matches the clothes unlike here at Ross. Dont give me wrong it has some decent deals but I think TJ Max had some great deals also and it was a lot easier to find stuff specially for XS size.

It is a shame I have been in there alot and most of the time I leave the things I wanted to purchase lay. The lines are always very long and I have never seen more than 2 people checking. I would think you want to see your merchandise. I am from Seattle I never have I seen the lines as long as yours are in Riverdale.

The style of Ross is a thrift store layout. You have to sift through lots of clothes to find something and then you have to try it on because the style of clothes are usually misfits. There are great deals if you can find something that fits. People steal all the time so the employees are watching you uncomfortably.

Save your receipts and tags. They wont let you take anything back with out them. I bought something it broke 2 days later and I cant take it back. If you paid with a card you have to have that to get a return. If you paid with cash they will only give you store credit.

I really love this Ross. You cant beat the prices. The store is a littl messy, but it doesnt seem very important, since you will be saving a bundle. I recommend the purse area. There are so many cute purses there.

I think the staff can do a better job at being friendly and organizing the racks better they seem like theyre always extremely fragmented with sizes and clothes that should be in one place found in another place.

I spent a solid hour waiting for my wife and her sisters while they were trying on clothing. Thats the only reason I was here, so I cant really comment on my shopping experience. The store was clean, I suppose.
