Really lousy experience. I was trying to purchase a shirt that was on a rack marked "Clearance: $15-$20". When the cashier rang it up, it was priced wrong. There were multiple shirts by the same brand and even the exact shirt on the rack, all supposedly $15-$20. The cashier told me they likely merchandised it wrong, "sorry". I asked for the manager. I asked for them to honor the price because it was admittedly their own fault and I was given a blank stare. Rude customer service and they wasted 30 minutes of my time. If theres someone who cares about your business, make it right.

It was a decent store..but at some point they started running low on certain sizes of clothing and other items. Bought a pair of shoes here that were stickered as a size 6.5. Found out a few weeks later when I tried them on, that they were 8.5s. Store couldnt do a regular refund without a receipt. I didnt want store credit as there isnt much to buy there anymore. I called the district manager and she is yet to call me back on my 2 msgs left 8 days ago.. seems like Ross doesnt care about customer service.

I always like to visit Ross in different cities because I feel like the selection can be very different between locations. I had some time to spare before a party close by so I stopped in. I wasnt too impressed with anything though. Their selection was smaller than my local store, and everything felt pretty mediocre. I ended up buying a pair of socks that Im happy with, but its not the best Ross Ive ever been to.

Great deals are hidden in items in the back, so we go scouting around, moving things here and there. I purchase mostly textiles from Ross, aside from a few pair of uniform slacks and shorts that i happened to find. Easy returns process if needed as well. Hard to find good parking at this location sometimes, because its a busy area for shopping, and more times than not, its incredibly crowded, but we still go.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Only put five stars so my review will be seen! I was shopping there yesterday and asked a sales associate to help me look for something and her EXACT words were, "Im too busy right now but theyre in that area" and scuffed me off. Last i checked, it is THEIR JOB to help customers. Deffinetly would NOT recommend shopping at this location.

Love all Ross stores! Its fun to go in and find a great deal! I travel a lot for work and have purchased all of my luggage from here. Have had no problems with any of it and I will never purchase luggage (if I need to again) anywhere else. Also, a great selection of clothing with a lot of big brand names for a lot less. Worth going and looking around.

Ross is nice enough of a place to shop, they seem to have a really good selection of womens clothes, but not so much a selection of mens clothes. They have some home goods in the back, but the selection is haphazard. Theyre good on prices though, theyre typically a bit cheaper than the other stores in the complex on comparable items.

We were on a skiing vacation to Park City, and needed an extra suitcase to get all of our new ski gear home. I Got a GREAT suitcase at a GREAT price. LOVED this store....my daughter found several purses there too that we $75.00 less than we saw at the mall in Salt Lake city :)

I would give it a 5 if it wasnt because they close their dressing rooms 2 hours before closing! Why??? May as well close because 80% of what they sell is clothes! And they get crazy long lines too. Like 30-45 min! No joke. Dont go weekends or weekdays between 4-6

You get what you put effort into. It is not staffs fault that merchandises are not neatly organized. Customers makes mess and you have to be patient, so you may find a true awesome finds that are buried behind overflowing products.

Its a Ross. They are messy and the lines can be long, but the prices are right. I dont know how many pairs of Converse I have purchased from this location. The most I have ever paid for a pair was $30, because they are leather.

The wait...grrr...it happens I understand but every time?? They need at least one more cashier even just to make it look like you care...theres always a ton if people stocking but no one to cashier???

Ross has a lot of good deals for clothes, kitchenware, some furniture, and other things that youd like to keep around the house. The staff is helpful, and the layout is familiar.

Great prices, variety of clothes & merchandise But they could be more organized especially in there shoes. Youll have to dig through all of them there rarely in the size it says.

Some staff members are a little bit rude. The store is always crowded and with long lines. Each visit to the store takes me a minimum of about 40 minutes mostly waiting in line.

Never enough staff at the front. 30 people in line. Watched one employee walk around doing nothing. Another is chatting with security instead of helping the one cashier.

The store could use some TLC with its organization, it seems to always look like a tornado hit before I go searching through dozens of shoes in the wrong size section.

Decent selection but the staff didnt appear to like their jobs or care for the appearance of their store. Not very satisfied. I did however, find an ok shoe selection.

Lower quality, mess, difficult to find things. They usually do not have much, you have to discover which day is best to find a good selections.

Clothes are good and shoes too. Altho long lines, so customer service is lacking. But manager seems to take care of matter quickly.
