The manager literally threatened to call the cops on my girlfriend and I when our card declined on our soda refills. We asked her to hold on to our cups for a second while we got change to pay for it and she got extremely rude and said we had to leave immediately or she would call the cops "on principle". I told her we shop here almost every single day and she responded by banning us from the store saying, "well dont come back". And she refused to let us have our cups back, even empty. Nice job banning every day customers over a dollars worth of "product". Stupid assholes.

I havent had any bad experiences there before but recently staff seem to busy when a costumer would walk up and would have to wait till they were done being on phone or talking with someone else then would talk to customer with rude attitude. I went in one day where the guy before me didnt get I.D. for buying alcohol he paid then left when it was my turn all I asked was a lighter and all I got. But she I.D. me for the lighter but not the guy that was in front of me buying alcohol.
