I first went to this UPS store back in August or September 2010. There were reviews on here that I dont see anymore, about the owners attitude. I still gave it a try, and he wasnt very nice, and almost seemed as if he could care less about what he was doing. I thanked him still, and he didnt say anything, so I just walked out and let it go. I figured maybe he was having a bad day. Well I went there today, April 27,2011 and my experience was horrid. He was on the phone helping a customer when I was walking in (getting annoyed with her mostly), he didnt even acknowledge me, just took my package and set it aside with others. I simply asked for a receipt so I would have it on file. And just to get rid of me he tries and says that he just gives the package to the UPS guy in the morning. I didnt like that, so I waited patiently, while he was still on the phone, then he looks at me, in a way that projected " Why are you still here?". I ask again, "Can I please get a receipt, I understand youre on the phone but I can wait". And he gave me attitude with his facial expression. He finally got off the phone not saying anything still. Takes my package and practically slams it on the scale, and prints my receipt. I politely said "Thank you". And for the second time again he wasnt going to say youre welcome. So I asked him "No youre welcome or anything?" and then he gives attitude again when he tries to give a pathetic excuse for an apology, shrugs his shoulders and goes, "Sorry Im not a ..a..." then doesnt say anything. I go "Friendly?", he goes "I dont have...umm ugh .." I go "Great Customer Service?" I then proceeded to tell him he did the same thing last time. And the nerve of this man, mimics what I did with my hands when I tell him its exactly what he did last time. And I told him "Now youre mimicking me?, Im sorry but thats extremely douchey, youre a douchebag" Then I walked out. I hope he eventually goes out of business. I found out theres a UPS drop box a few streets over so I will be going there now. I never want to be treated with just disrespect, by an imbecile that likes to mimic his customers. Its pathetic and low and I highly doubt he expects anyone to call him out on his attitude. If youre having a bad day go here and hell make it worse, and just let it out on him I guess. lol It made me feel better for sticking up for myself. Also hes very cheap on what he gives out. He doesnt like to waste paper or tape. And is very lazy. Im sorry if this guy grew up with no one to give him any source of love or human interaction, but he can at least be nice to customers and socially interact with them in a friendly and more approachable manner, especially when you own a business.

Twice now I have used the UPS online store for copies and quick prints. Twice now, the store where I chose to pick up my orders (I used two different stores) have messed up my order and refused to fix it. They will not refund my money, they will not deliver me new merchandise, they will not trust that the order is incorrect unless I bring it in and spend double the trips back to the store to fix their error. They will do nothing but give me 10% off my next order. I will not be ordering again. It is clear to me that the quality and professionalism of this company is compromised. It is also clear to me that it does not matter which location I go to, errors are going to be made and there will be no attempt to fix the errors. In one instance one side of the brochure was printed upside down. Clearly, anyone who looked at it would realize that this was not what the person ordering would want. But no one made a proof, no one even looked at the order, just pushed print and handed it to me. In the second instance only half of my order was printed on photo quality paper, the rest of the order was printed on plain white computer paper. Another clear error. Clearly, the copier ran out of paper and the next person came along and noticing it was out of paper, added plain white computer paper without checking or looking at the order. These are both simple mistakes to make, the thing that is upsetting to me is that in both instances a total disregard was made for me as the customer. It was my job to bring the print job back to them to verify it was done incorrectly. It was my job to make sure they printed it correctly. It was my job to come again to the store and pick up a corrected order. In both instances, I did not have time to do these things, so I had to eat the cost and live with faulty or incomplete orders. I will never use your service again, so please dont offer me your standard 10% off offer. It is useless when 100% of the time your employees are going to mess up my order.

Talk about great service - the lady that helped me was very nice, even though I came during rush hour. She helped up to 3 different groups of people at the same time; faxing something for some people while she made a passport for someone else, while she helped me with notarization. She also helped some people send a package, answered the phone and received a delivery of supplies. She had been swamped in just a few minutes. You can tell she had downtime before that because the vacuum was still out and plugged in behind the counter. The biggest thing she did for me was that the thing I needed notarized wasnt very clear and she wasnt sure what to put into one of the blanks. (My lawyers fault, not hers.) Rather than just guess at what she should do or leave it blank, she called my lawyer (even though I volunteered to do it, she just picked up the phone and made the call). She ended up getting the run around and having to explain the situation to 4 different people at my lawyers law firm before getting an answer. But she DID get an answer, and got me the service I needed, while still helping all these other people. That is extra mile service, and she didnt get ruffled or grumpy... New owner is right! Now that I read the reviews I remember going to this location a couple of times in past years and having a bad experience with the person who helped me. Totally different experience now. Too bad Google doesnt have a way to zero out old ratings that arent relevant.

Unfortunately I did not read the other reviews before going in to the store and surprise surpise I had a horrible experience like the rest of them. I am assuming Kim (older bald guy with beard) is the same one you speak of because he was just as rude. I came in to send a return package and he looked at me like I was retarded for even being there. The shipping and everything was already paid for through the place I bought it for and they arranged a pick up for it at my home. It was raining that day so I took it in to the store instead so it would not get wet. As soon as I gave it to him, he turned it around and threw it on the ground. Its not like was anything fragile or expensive in there he could have cared less about it. Then to top it all off, instead of him giving the package to the UPS driver I get a call from him the next day saying that I have to come back to the store to get it because it cant be shipped. When I talked to him he didnt give me any options he just told me the problem and expected me to have the answer to it. Horrible horrible store! Totally unfriendly person! I cant believe that store is still open with the way he treats people I doubt any one every comes back. DO NOT EVER USE THIS STORE GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE YOUVE BEEN WARNED! I would have given them a zero star but you cant
