I was actually going to give them a couple stars because they did give me a discount because of the mistake they made, but their attitude when I picked up my order was reprehensible. I placed an order last week which I needed by a specific time/day which they agreed to and noted on my order/receipt. When Maranda took hand written notes about my design I had a feeling mistakes would be made before seeing the proofs and I was unfortunately right. Layout was wrong, logo was wrong and spelling was wrong. After clearly informing her via email of how I wanted the design I went days without hearing back which made me nervous my order may not get done in time for my event. After reaching out, Maranda admitted she forgot to send me the revised proof and would send immediately which she did. I was finally able to approve the design and waited patiently for a call that my order was ready. The call never came and my deadline was missed, meaning I did not have the products in time for my event. Maranda admitted the mistake and spoke the owner Paolo(sp) who offered me a $100 discount on my next order which was obviously unacceptable. At this point I asked to speak to the owner directly and he immediately offered me 25% off the current order (which I no longer needed for this event). At the same time he only offered up excuses. My favorite excuse was: "We did specify on your order that it would be complete by noon on Thursday and they were completed by the end of the day which is only a few hours late and its common in the printing industry to be late" Are you serious??? When I make a lunch reservation for noon and my table isnt ready until 5 it doesnt do me any good and negates the entire point of the deadline/reservation. They finally agreed to give me 50% off the order for products I know dont need which was better than nothing. I wouldnt have even written this bad review had they actually been apologetic when I picked up the order. Instead all I got was mean looks and no apology. As a business owner myself I know mistakes are made. The only way to handle a mistake is to take ownership, be polite and recognize that the customer is your lifeblood in a service industry. You wont be getting my business again, but hopefully you learn from your mistakes.

We called around to find a printer that wanted my new business if we could get theirs. I send printers about 30-50 deals a year because I help business owners grow their business. We were told that we could quote their business insurance after we purchased business cards through 3 monkeys. A month later we FINALLY have subpar quality cards. Ryan is a new employee of mine and needed cards. I told him to get it done three to four times. It took 4 weeks to get business cards that should have taken maybe a week or two to finish. After he received his cards he was told they already found a new insurance company. This is shady to me. If I say I am going to do something I am going to do it. We chose them because they had good reviews when we started. Good luck!

The nonprofit organization that I work for (Local First Arizona) utilizes 3monkeys for all of our banners and table drapes. Their work is super high quality and timely, and I personally love dealing with them and hanging out at their shop shooting the breeze. Another big plus is that a majority of the vendors that they themselves buy from are Arizona-based, so they are doing their part to keep the money that you spend with them recirculating in the community. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this print shop to anyone! I had a extremely last minute project to take care of for work, and the fantastic people at 3monkeys were able to design and produce the shirts for me before my deadline. The best part is they did it with a smile on their face, even though my time crunch was far from ideal. The shirts came out amazing!! The people they were gifted to absolutely loved them. The staff there is very friendly and always work to give you a great deal, which is ideal for poor college students such as myself. They did a great job on our window vinyl and the cut, color, and quality are all great. Couldnt be more pleased with the vinyl job. However, it took them longer than it should to reply to emails, phone calls, and get the vinyl installed than it should have. Will use again.
