Sorry, but Im not sure how these folks are still in business. I had a $10 off $30 coupon and spent quite some time browsing the entire store, but found nothing worth buying. Everything, I mean everything is horribly overpriced. Electronics section is woefully neglected. About 98 percent of the mobile accessories are for iPhone and iPad users, with a couple of Amazon Kindle devices and some outdated Samsung stuff. I found USB cables in 5 different locations across 3 different aisles. Again, most of them were Lightning cables. I was only able to find one single USB-C cable in the entire store. And of course, it was horribly overpriced. Giving 2 stars because the employees seem friendly and they have a functional UPS shipping/copy center.

We were trying to get inserts ready for wedding announcements that needed to be sent out within a short period of time. We really had no idea what we needed to do and didnt want to spend a lot of money on them. We took them to staples in Layton, where Dawn helped us with the printing. She totally explained to us the different options and we were able to get them done that day. She spent a lot of time trying to get them to work and we were very happy with them and the price. Her service was excellent and very much appreciated. A+ for Staples. That is where we will be doing our printing for now on.

The customer service at this location is awful, employees look unhappy and arent friendly specially a woman named Terri, she was very rude. I talked to her over the phone a couple of times and she was not helpful at all. Then I go to the store to find that she doesnt know how to do her job right. They should hire new people at this place

Poor poor customer service. I can see this place out of business in the next couple of years...the way they treat customers. Who doesnt take back an unopened label maker with a receipt? Staples!! Must be within 14 days?! I will never never buy 1 thing from this place again!!! hope they close their doors for good!

I love the deals that Staples has to offer, but its such an energy drain going into their B&M stores. No windows, bored employees, and mostly overpriced office supplies. When theres a deal, its usually a hot one, but Id prefer to order online, as the physical store sucks a bit of my soul away each time I go in.

Service was really good here! We went to get something laminated and they helped us quickly and efficiently. The lady also cut the lamination for us, she was very nice. I just dont like the prices at Staples, I feel like they are a little high, but like I said, service was amazing. And there arent any lines.
