Just went to go purchase EA Access and I am wanting to use the money I have in my Microsoft account and not have the Credit Card on file be charged. So like a person who likes to be educated about what I do, I called Microsoft customer support. They told me subscriptions can only be made with a credit card. Tried to call EA to discuss issue and got a no help answer line. Corporations are closing all around me. To fraud to do anything about it. This was just a perfect example.

Answering phones is too hard for these people... After 30 or more rings they will pick up and hang up on you.. Complete imbeciles. Not worthy of giving my money to.. I will buy electronics elsewhere..
