I went in to have a stereo system switched from one jeep to another Sound Warehouse installed the system in my first jeep and the salesman said he would switch the system into my new jeep and gave me a verbal quote of 150-250 to switch the system from one jeep to the other. I took both jeeps in to have the system installed. When I returned to pick them up i was surprised with a bill of 550+tax. When I talked to the salesman and said asked what happened to the quote of 150-250 he completely denied it. I had two other people there with me when he gave me the quote and they both heard 150-250. I also had these same two people with me when i was picking the vehicle up they both testified saying to the salesman that he quoted 150-250 he again denied it. So I ended up be stuck with a final bill of 550+ tax and a very dishonest salesman and manager. The salesman then said that he would work it out with the manager and they would fix it. I waited and both the salesman and the manager denied quoting me 150-250. I dont care about the money, money is money but when people are dishonest that really bugs me. If I had to say anything about the Sound Warehouse in Ogden UT, it is that they are dishonest and do poor work. After paying the bill I drove home and inspected both vehicles the deck or head unit they had installed was brand new and had been scratched during install they again denied that they had anything to do with that. Upon further investigation I found wire and bits and pieces of garbage all throughout both of my jeeps. Upon inspecting the original donor jeep i found that the stock speakers they were to reconnect were not connected they had only connected one of the four speakers and I had to run the wire and connect them myself. It was as if they didnt care about my vehicle at all worst service ever. At this point i was very displeased with Sound Warehouses services or should I Say lack of Services. I have used sound warehouse with all my vehicles and this is the last time I will ever deal with such dishonest people it is just bad business. If you are in need of any audio work I strongly suggest that you avoid Sound Warehouse in Ogden UT.

I have been going to Sound Warehouse for well over 10 years. I have read all the negitive reviews and I am very surprised by what I am hearing and honstly doubt their sincerity. I have never walked into Sound Warehouse and been treated like a vexation, yes some of the individuals are sarcastic at times but I have never been flat out treated uncouthly. I have referred many friends and family members to Sound Warehouse to get anything done audio wise. Contrary to what everyone else is stating, everyone there does have an education and will own up to a mistake, they made a scratch on my armrest and I was compensated for it, tho it wasnt a huge dilemma for me anyways. I hear a lot of people go on about pricing. Yes, Sound Warehouse can become expensive. I have spent $1,500 in a day just walking in and getting an entire system installed, and it sounded great. They are a business in the long run, dont exspect wholesale prices and free installations, avoid the mentality anywhere. Compared to all other shops in town as far as price and professionalism Sound Warehouse has raised the bar. Other shops in town have pricing far higher then Sound Warehouse and you can see a significant lack in quality of work done else where. I trust the guys at Sound Warehouse, Mike will always hook you up with a killer deal! Rock on guys!

I went in today when there today there wasnt any other customer just me all the guys where just sitting around after me standing at the desk for about 5 mins one guy finally asked what he could do for me and I asked about having a sound system put into my truck, the man asked what needed to be done and I told him everything the guy I bought it from pulled speakers radio deck and even the wiring out of the truck months before I bought it and they told me that my truck "wasnt worth are time" and that they "would rather not work on my truck" I know how to install radios but I work and just dont have the time or energy to do it my self with older trucks there really easy to run wiring and do radios I just dont have the time or energy after work to do it I even offered them more money In labor and they just said they would prefer not to do it I am never going back and I am telling all my friends and family to never go there

Sound Warehouse in Ogden has to be the absolute worst place of business I have ever dealt with. Last November, I had a complaint list a page long that was not dealt with at the store level, so I had to go above their heads to get anything done. The guy I was dealing with went against my order and billed me for things I didnt ask for. Destroyed part of my dash, installing something I didnt want, overcharged me for a system half as powerful as the system I previously had, that cost me a quarter of the price of the new one. I was outraged and now here I am back at Sound Warehouse to have them replace a speaker that blew before the warranty expires. The speaker in question hadnt even been pushed to its full capacity, but blew anyway. So I made an appointment for 10am to have it replaced under warranty and here it is, 11:30 and my truck is still sitting in their parking lot, unmoved, nothing done. I have had it!

Im giving Sound Warehouse in Ogden, Utah a Good rating only because I didnt actually purchase from them but only gathered information. They had a sing out on their sidewalk advertising Remote Starts so I thought that Id go in and see what they had. Found a great system called the Crimestopper RS4-G4 and was selling for $229.99 with "FREE" basic installation. When I went online to gather more info about the product I found that everywhere else the unit sells for less than $70.00 plus installation. How can a company tell its customers that the installation is free when the item is sole everywhere else for $160.00 less? This $160 is more than enough to cover the installation costs at other companies so if the installers arent getting this $160 who is? Just an observation. Not sure I will make my purchase from Sound Warehouse after they blatantly lied to my face about free installation.

Heard good things from a friend but my god was he wrong. Just needed my amp & subs installed along with a new Deck for my Charger. After they "installed" it, my battery was dead plus after I charged it the ESP & BAS light (traction and brake control) comes on. So I go back in and they blame it on my amp and battery when both are fine, I know this because my car had never had any problems before they worked on it plus the amp worked just fine in my old car. So they look at it again and say they replaced the module so I take their word for it and yet again they failed to fix the ESP & BAS light problem. Plus my subs arent even firing they just didnt even hook them back up, didnt even have the decency to set the time on the new deck either when they "fixed" it. Thanks for wasting my time and money Sound Warehouse.
