TDU Trampolines are overpriced garbage. We had our trampoline installed by a professional landscape company in July of 2013. From day one, three were issues. The retaining wall system didnt fit the trampoline very well (both purchased from TDU) and the plastic panels never locked tight. When backfilled, several bowed very badly but thankfully, none have broken or shifted much since then. The trampoline pad that came with the kit was missing two d-rings so two springs couldnt be installed. Thankfully, Sprinkler World (the supplier our landscaper used) changed it out. BUT, the one they swapped also had issues since it was missing one d-ring. We decided one missing d-ring wouldnt be an issue so we just left it as is. Within the first 60 days, we noticed d-rings starting to break free from their stitching. Before the first winter about 30% of the d-rings ripped free. A replacement pad from TDU was about $180, we found another from a different supplier for $80. The replacement one is WAY better and less than half the price. Since installing it in spring of 2014, no issues unlike the TDU one that couldnt even make it 60 days. The next thing to go was the safety pad that covers the springs. To TDUs credit, the vented design is great but just like all the other junk they make, this fell apart. It too started to fall apart (seams coming undone) before the first season was done. We took them inside over the winter to try and make them last longer. We put them back out in the spring and before the second season was even in full swing they had completely come apart. TOTAL JUNK! They are a great design so I looked at getting replacement ones but they are 3 times the price of regular safety pads. If you only need a trampoline for one season (or maybe 30-60 days), TDU makes a great disposable product. If you need something that will last longer AND cost less, look elsewhere.

After owning several different trampolines over the years that were basically throw aways after a season this has been by far the best decision we have made in a trampoline. The design, quality, and construction is vastly superior and is clearly in a class above less expensive offerings currently available in the market. Each component is extremely high quality which is essential for a good in-ground system. One major factor for us when making this decision was the high spring count. This system has one of the highest spring counts and the performance is immediately noticeable when you jump on it. With this high of a spring count the longevity of the springs is collectively extended. The vented pad works great for water drainage and allows for proper air flow under the mat while providing safe spring coverage for kids. This is by far my kids favorite activity and it is played on non-stop. I rarely post product reviews but a product this good deserves some love. Weve had it for over 3 years now and it is working flawlessly. THANKS!!!

Everyone on here has reviewed the quality of the product and it hands down is the best Ive seen. Sturdy structure, springs, jumping surface, and pads (love the vented design). They quality isnt necessarily our favorite part, its what theyve provided at our house. I have to say that these have transformed our house and outdoor living. I have 3 installed in the ground in a triangle so kids can jump from one to another. We also added custom lighting to ours for night time jumping (red, green, and blue glowing) and a sprinkler in the middle for summer months. We have never paid for a vacation (similar cost, $$$$) or product that has had our boys (ages 4,6,8,10) interacting more in our lives. We love the fact that friends love coming to our house vs. our kids wanting to go their friends houses. Worth every single penny. These trampolines are abused by us and our neighbors daily, rain or shine, and they hold up to the test. Favorite games are currently banana tag, and freeze tag. Thanks Trampolines Down Under for our amazing backyard!

Basically.... 2 years later its falling apart. Installed this about two years ago. At first we liked it. It looked really nice in our yard and I liked the idea of the vented pad. Then while visiting my parents I tried their trampoline and found it to be MUCH bouncier. Their trampoline is also 5 years old so I thought mine just had to get worked in over the next few years. However, the straps holding the pad down fell off pretty early on, so we started using other rope to hold it in place. Now this summer we have realized that the springs are ripping right off the pad and all the stitching had come undone. Crazy thing is, my wife and I dont jump on it just our little 5 and 2 year old kids... Not happy with the overall quality and am hoping to replace the pad with one from American Playground. Thats where my parents got their trampoline. Hopefully this helps with other peoples buying decisions.

We installed the system in 2014. After 2 years the pad and the mat were not holding up as well as would be expected. In reviewing the website I saw that others had some similar issues and Kyle had reached out to them letting them know the Gen1 products had not performed as expected and to contact him regarding the Gen2. I reached out to Kyle and let him know my situation. As claimed, they stood behind their product. He replaced my defective Gen1 mat and pads with their Gen2 at no cost to me, plus the Gen2 mat and pads now come with a 2 year warranty as opposed to the one year the Gen1 had. We have been very happy with our trampoline and so has our kids. It is also refreshing to work with a business that stands behind their product and is true to their word. Thank you again Kyle and Chris!

The retaining wall part of the product is very poor, it is not strong. It does not retain the back fill the way you would expect a retaining wall to. Days after it was installed, the walls started to fold in to the point of coming apart and breaking the interlocking buckles. I called customer support to see if there was anything they could do or replace some of the broken panels, and the response was "you can buy more panels, but you cant return it and we wont replace broken panels. The retaining kit is way overpriced, especially since it DOES NOT WORK! I would not waste your time with this, there are more afforadable and stronger methods to the retaining wall piece of an in the ground trampoline. Very poor product that does not work!

This product is AMAZING! My son went to the ER two different times for stitches after jumping on in-ground trampolines with metal retaining wall rings. Those sharp edges can be horrible! TDU has a great product that completely eliminates that problem. This system is extremely easy to use and I installed the panels by myself with no trouble at all. They simply screw right to the trampoline frame. After they are back filled, it gave my trampoline a very clean, professional look. I love this system... more importantly, my kids love it! I have had many friends and neighbors that have visited and asked about the system, then put TDU in their own yards! This really is a fantastic product!

TDU Products are by Far the best Ground Level Trampolines out there! Ill admit there was a learning curve on how to properly install their In-ground system- but we have installed Hundreds now- and When Properly installed they do exactly what they are supposed to do- and look great doing it! Customers love it- and I know I can count on Trampolines Down Under taking care of my customer down the road with any warranty issues. They have been Great to work with with install tips and suggestions, and the New GEN2 Product line is hands down better than previous models (which in my opinion were already Top Notch). Way to go TDU!
