I came in to this Christys location to test out some demo powder skis and ended up buying custom boots at their shop. They have a good selection of boots for both men and women, and offer custom molded ZipFit liners and orthotics. Tyler was the one who helped me and although he was busy (this was during the December holidays) he made sure to spend as much time with me as needed to make sure my liners and boots fit perfectly. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly, and super patient! After my first day skiing on the new boots, I came back to address a couple issues I was having and he took the time to correct everything quickly and effectively. I felt like he really cared about making sure I loved my new boots. Not surprisingly, these are the best boots Ive ever skied on in 15 years of skiing, and I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get into custom boots and/or liners!

My sister and brother in law rented demos from this shop on a recent trip. After I arrived and joined them, I suggested to my brother in law to try a different ski, something wider under foot. He traded out the skis he had for a pair of rossignol soul 7s. They were beat to hell....core shots and edges were visibly scraped off...more than obviously un-tuned. Maybe these slipped through the cracks, it happens. After a few turns with no edge, my brother in law went to trade them in for a tuned pair, the tech gave him grief...rolling his eyes and attitude. Maybe this guy was having a bad day, maybe he has seen too many tourist, who knows. The skis he traded out for were better, that is to say they had an edge. Junk skis, poor customer service.

Wanted to rent boots to use with my own skis. Got fitted and found a pair that fit but the problems began when the techs adjusted my bindings. Fortunately I walked up to witness then really struggling to get them in and could barely release the boots. They handed them to me and told me I was good to go. Rather than get into the tram, I decided to test them in the plaza. I couldnt even clip in. I went back into rental shop and was told I would have to push down much harder!! I went next door to speak to tech in shop and he told me it would have been very dangerous for me to ski on those skis (no kidding) as they would never release. Wow, scary that proffesional fitters would send someone onto the mountain like that!

Knowledgeable product sales associates offered factual demo ski advice during multi-day, high end equipment rental period. They were dead on in describing ski performance and quality, offering easy ski swapping in event that demo skiis were not satisfactory at any point during daily rental (something I never had to take advantage of). Extraordinary boot fitter department, the department head is a guru as are the ranks of other fitters. Straight advice. No overselling. Excellent service. Commitment to excellent fit and resolution of special custom related foot requirements. These guys are top shelf.

I lost my hot tronics batteries in some deep powder and I called Christy sports to see if they had one. Not only did they have it ready for me to pick up when I went by, but Tiffany had already charged it up so that it was ready to go and I could get back to skiing with warm feet. She also found a coupon for $20 off which eased the pain slightly of losing the batteries. Would definitely recommend them as having great service, great attitude and very helpful.

First time in Snowbird with my family. Came from the UK so arrived tired but looking forward to some great skiiing . Rented skis and boots from Christy Sports. Perfect place to start. Great, helpful and very friendly team. Also, lucky to have a winter storm mid-trip and the staff at Christy had no problem in helping (and advising) us change skis to make the most of the fantastic powder. No hesitation in recommending them.

When my girlfriends skis disappeared from the Ski valet, I assumed the worst, ie, being charged again etc. But No. We just walked in to Christys again and explained what had happened. These guys are fantastic...I rented for three days and swapped my skis three different times due to changing conditions. Its a great service, the rental shop is right near the lifts and they have a free storage area for when you are not using the equipment.

Amzing. I went for 4 days, each day the service was amazing and extremely helpful. Rentals, at least what i know from my snowboarding experience is that thier rentals are sharpened, waxed and kept in great condition. I highly recommend this place.

I have been using them for at least 5 years. I would rather rent then bring skis on an airplane. Too much stuff. I bring my boots and pools and rent from them. If it is a powder day I will change skis. Plus I get all the new models every year.
