Usually everything goes great and their prices are always good but I went back to return an inferior knife that I purchased and was really given the run around and I had my receipt and all that was needed. They simply did not want me to return the knife. The female manager who helped me purchase the knife one day prior swore that the knife I was returning was not the one I had purchased, after 15 minutes of me convincing them I purchased the knife there with the receipt proving it and they finally gave me my money back but not without trying to only give me store credit. Needless to say this was a dissappointing experience followed by dirty looks from the manager both times that I have returned since the incident ocurred. Will not be racing down to big 5 when I get paid anymore as it is not the same experience.
