Walked in, asked for an item, cashier didnt know if they had it. Then he asked the manager who was standing by on his phone... His answer? "Idk if we have it, I dont think so" went back to check his phone. I said "well, I will go look myself" I could/should have left. They had the item. I bought it because I needed it that day, but I am never coming back. (2 stars for the cashier lol)

Big 5 is a good place to get almost everything you need for sports. The staff some times act like you are not there but if you ask them questions they are willing to help. Just not a big select at this store but it still is a good place to get what ever you are missing or needing.

Horrible customer service on this visit. Out of the 4 employees i came in contact with, not one said hi to me. Ij didnt get any service until i checked out. Definitely not how a business should be run

I do like this store but it seems so crowded with stuff to buy that it makes it a little bit hard to get around. The customer service is very good though so I will keep coming back.
