Very disappointed! I went there because I had seen a commercial on TV for gardening tools and plants. I enter the store and it looks like a tornado passed through there! So many safety violations! I carefully walked around to see where anything garden was only to find an isle with gloves, no garden area, no plants, NOTHING! I go and ask the cashier for the weekly ad, her response is "what do you mean?" I told her the True Value ad. She said "oh we dont participate in that." She was a seasoned employee she was not new because she knew where stuff was, she was talking to someone before I asked about the ad. Not coming back!

A/C stopped working @ the house. Identified the parts needed & these folks saved me by having the parts & advice they gave about the repair... Thanks a ton for staying the traditional "hardware store" style! Interesting to note about Nydia Escajedas review- I think she saw an ad for someone else yet still decided to throw this store under the bus for her lack of admitting her own error... There are plenty of gardening places around & one shouldnt assume a hardware store to have a more vast selection than places like Lowes or Home Depot. Reality check in order due to lack of common sense.

I enjoy this hardware store ! They actually greet you with a friendliness that lets you know that your business is appreciated. I havent been in there there yet where I wasnt physically walked to the item that I was searching for. Very knowledgeable staff also.

This place is horrible. DO NOT EVER leave your vehicle unlocked in their parking lot. Employee, Sandra D. Will go through your vehicle and steal whatever she pleases. I have video of her doing so and have reported her as well as the company to the BBB.

Great place... I rented the mini excavator from them it ran great and did what I needed it to do. They rent good clean equipment for better prices than home depot or lowes (United Rental).
