Normally you go into a smalltown hardware store and expecting to pay twice the amount as you would in the big city. Wrong,Wrong, Wrong. This hardware store has everything I have ever needed. I mean everything from Murray lawnmower parts, to every kind of pvc fitting, and it even has parts to a 80 year old meat grinder and sausage stuffer, IN STOCK! My family is from another small town about 10 minutes away, and I can see why they always took the short drive to Marion,Tx. This is a family owned business that if ever would not be there, would be missed by many. I appreciate the knowledge everyone there has. They dont all know everything about everything, but someone there knows all about what you need. Thats important. Thanks Helping Hand Hardware....The name of your store fits perfect! MarkS

This place is amazing! I went there Saturday afternoon because they are the ONLY Stihl dealer open after one on a Saturday. I walked in and was transported back in time to A REAL hardware store. Old school hardware/general store from plumbing to all the hand tools to Lodge cast iron skillets, local honey, snapper lawn equipment, Stihl blowers and weed eaters, roofing materials, paint supplies, screw bins with the scale because its still priced by the pound. Clocks, bird feeders, humming bird feeders, and sooo much more. Staff was friendly was asked three times from different folks if I needed help in the 20 minutes I was there.

This place has EVERYTHING!!! On several occasions I have needed something very specific and the big chains didnt have it but Helping Hand did~! Happened so many times that I now skips the box store and head straight here. Great customer service too, they have ordered things for me in bulk on server all occasions. Prices are good too, most of the time cheaper than else-wear~! Thanks helping hand!

You will not find a more local, one on one, outstanding personal service ANYWHERE, as that of Helping Hand Hardware. Roger, the owner, takes his time to look up parts, his staff is just as painstaking, IF the store does not have what you need. Its an old fashion country store chocked full of stuff you will not find at those box stores.

Cannot find it anywhere else...than call Helping Hand Hardware. "Old school" family business with the personal service your grandparents would appreciate. They pull me out of the fire every time...
