Couldnt sign in on line as it wasnt turned on at the clinic Sat in the store waiting from 8.30 opening time until 8.45 nurse showed up and askef are you waiting for me? to which I answered yes. She then said have you signed in? and I said no its not switched on. She went into office without saying anything stayed in there 10 mins and left after putting a sign on the door which stated patient in progress. I left having sat there ill for 30 mins freezing with ac on at freezing point. Absolutely horrendous experience and rude lady

After speaking to the pharmacist on Friday, they had attitude from the beginning of the process but after saying that they have the prescription and would work on it, we sat around for an hour and finally then got attitude saying they could not process the prescription. I understand issues in the process but rudeness is not acceptable.

Absolutely the best CVS I have ever been too!!!! The staff is great! They are so friendly and proactive in assisting when Ive had insurance "issues" for refills, and chasing my doctors for refills. They call me for updates and very helpful! Always smiling, and attentive.

Left me on hold for 10 minutes, I drove there and just hung up since they never came back on the line. Horrible Customer service, very saddening. When I arrived, looked around and I didnt see long lines. Mind you I was still holding.
