I have been a customer of the Med Solution Pharmacy over 5 years with no problem but I went through a really really bad service with this pharmacy today. Surprisingly this bad service was coming direct from the owner. The owner is the pharmacist in charge. She overcharged my daughters and my prescriptions. I called my insurance to confirm the charge and they advised me to called back the pharmacy for a refund. When I called her back, she went off, yelled at me over the phone saying I was accusing her something she did not do and said she does not want my prescriptions go to her pharmacy anymore. She yelled and then hung up. Is it ridiculous? What kind of customer service is this? I agreed that the staff here is nice but the owner definitely has no sense of customer service and she has a problem with her temper and attitude. How could you say something like that to your customer and still doing business? I am 100% not going back to this pharmacy EVER again.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to this pharmacy. The owner herself told me that basically I was a horrible mother because I was complaining about a 15 Dollar charge for my sons medication, which my insurance covers but she so unkindly wouldnt hear me out. Instead her first instinct was to insult me and that it was ridiculous to be complaining. It wasnt the amount that upsets me, its the way she handled the situation with a awful attitude and discrimination towards my husband and I. Hopefully no one has to go through this like myself, therefore please veer away as fast as possible if this pharmacy is in eye site.

Id like to first state that I called up to the pharmacy and spoke with the owner who had a rude tone at the beginning of the conversation. It was in regards to my sons medication, my insurance plan covers the medication but she wouldnt allow me to explain. My husband went into the pharmacy to pick up the medication which wasnt ready still after the phone conversation when she said it would be ready for pick up at 3, its now 4:30 and they are barely pulling the medication. Truly unprofessional customer service and I wouldnt recommend anyone sending their medications to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is AWESOME! The staff are always so sweet...and helpful! The pharmacy is about 30 min away from my house and I wouldnt CHANGE them for the world. Its hard to find good help these days. :)

The Pharmacy is wonderful! Pharmacist are knowledgeable and willing to help all patients that walk in. The technicians are fast. The wait time is just a few minutes. The people there are wonderful!
