THE ABSOLUTE WORST! !! I just transferred my prescription over to this pharmacy. Red flag , I went to pick up my meds waited for 10 minutes before someone came to the window, the person there was running all over the place they need more staff. Next Red flag took a new prescription inside last Thursday 4/6 after sitting there waiting about 35 minutes to get it filled, my name was call not to pickup my but to say that my Insurance company needed to speak to my doctor before the script could be filled. So, called doctor an told them what was going on at the pharmacy, the doctors office stated that the pharmacy just need to send a form over to their office and everything will be handled from there. Well had another doctors appointment 4/11/16 doctor e-script the meds over to 2920 CVS, by the time I left the office ran some errands , had lunch my script wouldnt be ready until the next day. Next Red flag went last night 4/13 to try to all of my meds. SUPRISE!!!! Still Not Filled. ...the are very rude there I have been getting my medicine thru CVS for years with none of these problems that Im experiencing now. Moving my scripts back to old pharmacy and just make the drive. DONE NEED ANOTHER RED FLAG........

Terrible minute clinic.. I tried my best to get there a little before 7.. arrived at 6:57.. working 10-7 the hours of cvs minute clinic worked for me...I go to sign in.. and it wouldnt let me.. there was no one waiting.. it was just me in the waiting area... I saw on the computer that there was an appointment scheduled.. however the person who scheduled the appointment was no where to be found and was 20 minutes late.. I saw the nurse walk into the office, so I knocked on the door, mind you its 7:08 pm... I asked if there was anyway that I could be seen considering the appointment never showed up. The nurse flat out told me no... extremely rude.. yes I probably should have scheduled it if I would have known I could... the nurse was pretty rude about it.. Ill never go back.. will not recommend CVS to anyone..

Worst pharmacy customer service My doctor sent an order at 8:00am. I stopped by at 11:00am, they said the order was not process yet and that it was not cover by insurance; that I could wait 25mi or go home and wait for a message. When I got home there was a message on my home phone to call back the pharmacist. When I called they mentioned they have not been able to locate my doctor and that the prescription is not cover by the insurance.They offer to have it ready by 1:00pm. I stopped by, again, at 2:00pm; they said they just received a shipment and it will take a while to process the prescription, usually not before 4:00pm. Really?

Wife took son to the minute clinic, sat and waited for 3 hrs with one person in front of them. The person left and the people came out and said lunch time. They sat for ANOTHER 1 and 1/5 hr, till I told them to leave and go to a urgent care. #CVS sucks.. you lost our money. NEVER again will we step foot into a #CVS.......

Horrible service - my doctor called in a prescription and I got a text from this cvs confirming. Went there in the rain and they say they didnt get anything. Computer glitch. Yeah right. Told me they would not compensate me for the needless trip that they caused and they dont value me as a customer.

Im not sure why all of the negative reviews! They have GREAT customer service in pharmacy and I myself work in customer service! I normally go to walgreens but I will never go to another pharmacy again! Pharmacy staff is super sweet and helpful!

So far great experience especially in comparison to the Walgreens down the street. Im still waiting for them to tell me the doctor did or didnt approve my prescription. Ill keep a close watch on my service here!
