UPDATE 12/8: They have since refunded me my money and shipped me another package replete with an extra bottle of noopept (at no charge). I can see theres actual tracking in it, too, and not just pre-shipment information. The below review isnt unusual, apparently, but this might indicate the company is attempting to do a better job of serving its customers. I upgraded the review from 1 star to 4. They didnt handle this well, at first (hence the 4 star rating and not 5), but since they made an effort to correct their mistakes in the end and, frankly, went the extra mile, theres really no reason to be angry anymore. This might gain back my business, but Id still be cautious. The last few months have evidently been rough for this company. I hope they pick themselves back up. Ive been a loyal customer to this company for about a year, so what Im about to write is depressing. I purchased about $60 worth of products from them. The next day they sent their characteristic email alert with tracking to let me know the product was on its way. Three days later, nothing arrives. I check the tracking and it says "Pre-Shipment info sent to USPS." Okay, so USPS is still waiting for something to ship. Maybe they forgot (and Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt). Emailed SDFT. They respond the next day to let me know theyll "investigate" the issue. I explained theres really nothing to investigate, since the package never made it to USPS. They said theyd send me another package over priority. The weekend passes. No alerts, no updates, nothing. I request a refund early yesterday morning. Its nearly midnight of the next day and I have no package, no indication of a reship, and certainly no refund. Im frankly confused that a company would so brazenly and openly selectively scam its customers, as if theres not ample evidence of wrongdoing all over the place. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Which I guess I should have checked beforehand, because I see now they have a big fat F ranking and a slew of unresolved disputes. If they refund me my money, Ill be happy. Thats all I ask at this point. By the way, its Order #20486 (in case you folks happen to be reading this).

***** UPDATE ***** If you wanted to refund my money, you are three months and two bogus emails too late. Instead, why dont you respond to your F rating at the Better Business Bureau in Houston? According to BBB, "Since April 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern. According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Smart Drugs for Thought has been providing poor customer service. The consumers have alleged that they are paying for their order and not receiving them. The consumers are also alleging that they reach out to the company via phone and email to be told the order will be reshipped., but the consumers are not receiving the product or a refund. The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB." ***** END OF UPDATE ***** (Original Post) RIPOFF ALERT. (In the past, I had made several successful purchases from this company over a period of about 18 months.) I attempted to make a purchase online on March 12, 2016. After waiting six days, I contacted SDFT by email. I was promised another shipment, together with a USPS Priority Tracking Number. The package never arrived (or even appeared as received by USPS). Thirteen days after I had placed my order, I called and emailed SDFT again. Then I was promised that if the package could not be located, an overnight express package would be sent immediately. That was March 28, and I havent been able to reach the company since by either phone or email. In the past week, I have never been able to reach anyone by phone. My advice is simple: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE ANYMORE!

Ive been using SDFT for about 2 years now. Its the only place I buy the smart drugs I need. Prices are better than other places Ive been to as well. I buy a lot of L-Theanine and Piracetam from the site, shipping is very fast and also a perfect price! I live in Canada, shipping from the US is always above 15 for me..but SDFT only charges 7 dollars. Definitely nothing wrong with that and I believe it might be free shipping in the US, youll have to check on that though, could have been a promotion. All in all, Ive ordered from them about 15-25 times and Ive never had an issue yet. Nothing I would complain about anyway. I ordered CDP Choline once but meant to order Alpha GPC, they sent me a free bottle and allowed me to keep the bottle I had mistakenly ordered. Until they close their doors, I will continue to order from them.

I placed an order back at the beginning of June 2016 and have yet to receive. I feel bad for the folks who are waiting on orders from last year. I placed an order in April and received it immediately. Same back in the fall of last year. Seems like they are picking an choosing who they want to send what appears to be a very limited supply of the product. DONT TRUST YOULL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. Move on from this company and find another who has ALL high ratings. In researching how to pick a company, I realized not all have the capability to sell Aniracetam in the US, so make sure the company you choose has that capability. Its unfortunate because I tried another companys product and I liked SDFTs better, but it does me no good if I never receive my order (Order #18885)

The products of SDFT are Great! But the people running the company are NOT. They still have not shipped any of the two orders I paid for in November 2015 and in January 2016. Until they make goon and send my paid-for orders, I do not recommend buying from them at all. Yes, I am calling for a boycott on SDFT! Last year SDFT was very good in delivery. This year I placed 2 orders in January and February and have not received them in April. Smart Drugs for Thought owes me either he meds I ordered or a refund of $575.61. And an apology for not replying to my emails and phone calls requesting resolution of my account. Do NOT order from Smart Drugs for Thought! "They do not respond or ship their orders. Im having the same issues as the below review. Placed an order on March 22nd, 2016 and I have sent multiple e-mails and have had no replies and calls without answer. (Please note, I have had multiple successful purchases from this company before.) Here is my tracking number: ****************************************** Second tracking number: ****************************************** March 23, 2016 PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS If they are having management or supply issues, I wish I would have been notified beforehand before making a large purchase. I would have gone elsewhere or maybe even waited for them to resupply. Consumer choice, but when left in the dark, it invokes feelings of lost trust to a once good company.

Let me start by saying, I had successful deliveries from start of Jan 2016. However start by May 2016 my order #18982 was missing 90x Adrafinil. They told me the sent a package next day, 1 month later still no tracking email have been received. What a lie. I was ignorant to put another order, which I did, I had hope for the company. My next order #19184 for 150$, poof gone. Its been 1,5 month, no tracking email, no nothing. They have basically ripped me off, no email contact is responded any more either. I am going to give it few days, then I am going file an internet crime complaint to the FBI, and write a complaint to "Better Business Bureau". Maybe it will do me no good, but at least I know Ive tried something.
