They used to be ok. the Seguin store was never that great. But resent management changes or employees have made it a joke. I was in after a long absence . Only to find JUNK mostly the usual Garage sell reject items . But came across a MR Coffee in red, Went to buy an Yes it was used an dirty , allowing for prior use an ware an tear, I Noticed the price $39.99 an as usual marked with more than one sticker. I was floored. Largely because it was a donated item , I was impressed with the color RED vers a black one. That just happened to be next to it , But newer looking an in better shape. But it was marked $8.99 , Guess the manager thought because it was RED it justified the markup to almost $40.00 . I Also noticed even on prior visits. The Mens Jeans are always mixed in with Ladies jeans , I dont know if I can ware a size 7,8 or 9 Im a 26 inch waist man.Guess I wont be making any future stops or as frequent visits. . Because Im certain anything of value is marked so high.Youd be better off buying it new NOT USED!! OR DONATED to them Yes its for a good cause . But keep in mind these items are donated it cost them nothing.

Terrible. Goodwill of San Antonio is disgrace to the cause. The last two years of my 5 year "job" was a complete nightmare. My employment there came to an end when the director discovered that I was photographing the store and wanted to make sure I did not move forward with that issue even though I was safety and risk management which I was asked to provide evidence for an upcoming meeting with the director of safety but besides all of that, it was how little Goodwill values the "Mission" to help people with jobs. The last years was nothing short of major questionable ethics. Most of the donations are send out of the community it claims to help and now to be sold online, what I consider a conflict of interest x a million. Please consider other local thrift stores that actually appreciate you and your donation...

I bought a boxed and sealed task chair and when I got home I found out that more than half the parts were missing and took it back within the hour and all I get is a gift card for the piece of garbage I bought. They should never have put it out for sale if it was missing all the parts and then, since they did it, I should have gotten my money back, Not a friggin gift card. Had I taken the box apart to check it out first, they would have had a fit I am sure. The people were nice enough but the store policy sucks big time concerning a purchase like that. I feel screwed out of my cash getting stuck with plastic that will take me forever to use in there. So much for the first review of Seguins Goodwill.

You all should be ashamed of your selves,throwing away all perfectly good stuff that was donated,and couldve went to a womens shelter,instead you throw it in your dumpster....baby swings,high chairs all kinds of baby clothes....you all are ridiculous and I cant believe I even had to put a star!!!!!!good will my butt,yall are greedy just like the rest of this world!!!!

Goodwill is often wayyy overpriced, but if you hunt youll find a good bargain. This isnt a huge store, but a decent variety & there is new stuff every week. Staff is usually very friendly & helpful. Good place to browse for clothing & kitchen items.

Great selection of womens clothes that are well organized. The other departments are adequate, but nothing to write home about. Occasionally they have a decent choice of books available.

Very rude person at the register. Its unfortunate because Seguin Goodwill has always been my favorite. Ive had this same person be rude on two separate occasions

Was organized better but I think some things are just priced too high. I saw a shirt there I could have bought brand new for an extra $2.00
