I like it here. I can find clothes that fit that are conservative enough for someone my age (believe it or not). Thats hard to do when you wear Junior sizes. Shorts for example....I cannot even buy denim shorts at Walmart....womens starts at size 4 which are too big. To get a size 3 I must buy Juniors. However they dont carry any shorts that arent cut super high on the thigh, exposing things Id rather not at age 51. Yet at Rue, a place geared specifically to a young,trendy, mostly Junior sized crowd, I have no problem finding what I need in a size that fits. The prices are not bad at all and if you shop their sales like I do you can clean up. I spent $24 yesterday and left with a pair of shorts, a sleeveless top, 3 tank tops, a bracelet and a tiara (gag gift for my daughter). The kids that work there are always super friendly and willing to help. Some people assume the clothes are crappy quality but Ive had some of my Rue stuff for years. Some locations carry some items in Plus sizes, just ask.

Rude employees! I had to actually go to the back stock room, knock on the door, waited and then holler into the back for an employee. The clothes are great for my growing teen, but the teens working there need to learn some manners. I tried to make a return WITH a receipt and when I handed the manager my military ID, she began the return and asking for all sorts of personal information. I declined to give my number and she responded that she "wasnt even supposed to do a return without an ACTUAL ID..." yes, at that point any sense of patience I had left was gone. She insisted it was "company policy that required an ACTUAL ID you know, with an address"...and a phone number, etc. I strongly feel that the company needs to review their return policy on items WITH a receipt. Too bad ZERO stars isnt an option.

good store but rude workers.. at checkout she cashier mentioned that the shirts were buy one get one half off and then I said okay that I would get another and she gave me a ugg face while I walked over to pick another one out. then just kept that rude face while she rang me up but overall good STORE not workers

The ladies here were veey friendly and patient when my little one was running around. They helped me and waited when I was completely done and told me about more deals I couldve gotten.

Good for cheap clothes. Be careful when washing because they shrink and fall apart quickly. Staff not that helpful and pretty crowded.
