Big Frog in New Braunfels really rocks. I wanted some hats done, they did my hats. I wanted some polo shirts, they did my polos. I wanted some t-shirts, they did those too. Every time something popped into my head, they found a way to get it done. In fact, they helped the end product look better than what I told them. We came up with ideas together and they gave me recommendations. Im no expert, they are and they took great care of my work. All that was great but whats even better: they answer the phone, they want to help and actually act like they want your business, they follow up with you, they help with graphic design work for you without charging you extra, they make sure the work is approved before they start, they call you and email you when its ready. There is a sea of t-shirt companies out there and Ive had a hard time settling on one because most established companies that dont work out of their home are not very customer service oriented. Big Frog is CLIENT service oriented and they ROCK.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place! I have been there three times now to have shirts made for everything from a themed birthday party to a gift. Not only are they kind, courteous and helpful, theyre actually MORE affordable than several other places I have been. Brandon is an absolute wizard at creating shirts. Yesterday I was in there with a last minute order when previous plans fell through and he made it a priority to finish on time so I could bring the shirt to a going away party today. The Big Frog team has always walked me through a shirt design, showing me what colors will show up best, where placement of words or pictures would look ideal and has never said no to a challenge. I would recommend them to anyone needing custom shirt printing!

Searched the interwebs for a local shop to get some numbers and names printed on some shirts I picked up for my flag football team. Talked to a couple of shops before I found my way over to Big Frog. I discussed some ideas with Mark, and he led me to the dying processes. He was eager to show me some design elements and create some ideas. I could not be more pleased with how the shirts turned out. The whole experience was very pleasant and exciting. The experience alone has got me thinking of other opportunities for which I can use their services. Thanks guys!

Was referred by a friend of my daughter when I was trying to create a shirt for my Dad for his birthday. He had cut copies of all the cars he had driven over his lifetime (30 cars) out of old pictures and magazines. He has a story for every car pictured... Anyway, Big Frog employees helped me pick the best shirt and design. I had the shirt within a week for my Dads birthday party. It was quite a hit... I think he wore it every day the next week. It was his 81st birthday! Thanks, Big Frog!!!!

I have had a great experience going into Big Frog. I have been in promo products and have watched direct to garment (DTG) progress for about 5-6 years. I really like their quality for the DTG. They have great turn around. And when I messed up a shirt, they helped correct the next morning. If you need anything from 1 shirt to 100 or more, they will treat you right.

Jeni and Cindy helped me design a custom t-shirt for my sons cross country team. They were fast, fun, and the shirts look A-MA-ZING! I had no idea you could have high quality shirts made up so quickly. Big Frog can do it all - hats, bags, etc. - and have tons of shirts on site to choose from. Awesome customer service!!! I walked in and was greeted and shown around the store with all their awesome options as far as the many t-shirt styles. My shirt was designed for me on the computer that day so I could see what it would look like. I was so impressed and loved the way it turned out when I got it!! I wont use any other place!

Whats not to like? Great product and service. Big Frog went above and beyond for us. We had a big order for a conference, including varied design aspects on different shirt styles, and they handled it all with no problem and great customer service. Our conference is annual, and we will not hesitate to use them in the future.

The owners are extremely helpful and so nice. I went in with a million questions about a print, and whether my artwork would show up correctly on a t-shirt. The owner proceeded to take a scrap shirt and printed my illustration then and there so we could see how it would look transferred onto cotton. Great service and work!

Just got the "tooth fairy" pillow case for our grand-daughter and she loved it and it was very good quality and the colors and message were just as sweet as can be.
