Customer service representative should be called customer mistreat representative. Professional behaviors and Treating the customer with respect and dignity do not seem to be characteristics or job requirements to work for this company. The only help I received was from the loss prevention gentlemen who went above and beyond to assist me.

I went shopping to this Ross during the Holidays - oh boy that was a BIG mistake! The store was VERY messy! Products on the floor blocking even narrower isles. Sure shop for less if you dont mind risk tripping over something and breaking your neck!
